Bruce & Valerie's
Calls

-˚ʚ♡ɞ˚-

"IF ANYONE COULD'VE broke that window, they already would have done it." Finney says looking up at the window. "Robin would have done it." Finney says sighing.

"What about me?" Vance asks and we all laugh. "You were to busy breaking down a wall." Billy says and we all laugh again. "Really? A wall?" I ask and he sighs. "I was mad" he said and I laughed again.

"Bruce you wanna try calling him again? I ask and he smiles. "Yeah I am." He says and walks over to the phone. He picks it up and it starts ringing. Finney runs over to the phone and picks it up.

"Hello?" He asks the phone and Bruce stands there. "Hello?" He asks again and Bruce sighs and hangs it up. "I was nervous." He said and we all sighed.

"Stop that." Finney says laying on the mattress. "Stop what?" The Grabber asks making Finney, and all of the ghost jump. "Where the hell did he come from?" Griffin says jumping. "I'm hungry." Finney says and The Grabber stares at him. "How are your eyes?" The Grabber asks Finney. "They hurt." Finney says and The Grabber laughs.

"Well I can't bring you any food." He says and stands up. "You'll have to wait "

"Is there someone upstairs who will see you bring me food?" Finney asks and The Grabber turns to him. "Don't worry about that."

"If you weren’t gonna feed me, why’d you even come down here?" Finney asks annoyed.

"Just to look at you."

All six ghosts turn to eachother with disgusted faces. "I think I might throw up" I gag.

"I'll go." He says and walks up the stairs locking the door on the way out.

"What the actual fuck?" Robin says. We were all in shock.

"I'm gonna call again." Bruce says and walks to the phone. He picks it up and Finney runs to it again.

"Hello?" He asks and he hears Bruce's breathing. "Hello?" He asks again.

"Finney"

Finney hangs up the phone. "You were supposed to talk to him not scare him dipshit!" Vance says and I laugh. "Sorry! I'll try again." He says picking up the phone. "Everyone shut up while Bruce and Finney talk." Billy said and we all nod. The phone rings louder and louder until Finney finally picks up.

B- "Don't hang up,"

F - "I won't, who is this"

B - "I don't remember my name."

F - "Why not?"

B - "It's the first thing we lose."

F - "First thing you loose when?"

B - "You know when"

F - "How do you know my name?

B - "We met once. Your arm is mint. You almost had me."

F - "Bruce? Bruce Yamada?"

B - "Yeah. Uh, I’m Bruce. Your arm is mint. You almost had me."

F - "Did the phone ring for you too?"

B - "It did. But none of us heard it. Just you. The Grabber hears it too. He just doesn't want to believe it"

F - "Why are you calling me?"

B - "Your arm is mint. You almost had me. I'm glad it's you. Finney?"

F - "Yeah?"

B - "There’s a dirt section of the floor in the hallway where the tile is loose."

F - "Okay"

B - "Dig down underneath the foundation. I tried, but there wasn’t time for me to dig up and out the other side."

F - "Will I have enough time?"

Bruce hangs up the phone. He looked quite pale. "You okay Bruce?" Griffin asks and he nods. "It takes a lot of energy." He says and lays down on the mattress. "Go to sleep Bruce." I say and he nods. He closes his eyes and drifts off to sleep.

After Finney digs up dirt for hours he lays down on the mattress. "I think I'm gonna call." I say but someone grabs my hand. "Be careful Vallie." Billy says and I smile. "Stop worrying Billy." I say and walk to the phone and pick it up.

F - "Hello?"

V - "Hey Finn. How are you?"

F - "Vallie?"

V - "Yeah. I guess. Look I don't have anything to help I just want to say goodbye. This is our last call Finn."

F - "Vallie what do you mean?"

V - "I love you Finn."

F - "I love you too Vallie."

V - "Tell Gwen I miss her when you get out. Grow some balls and ask out Donna for me too."

F - "You shouldn't be talking V."

V - "Haha. Very funny Finn
Goodbye Finney"

F - "Goodbye Valerie."

Robin hangs up the phone for me. I was sobbing at this point. Robin pulls me into a hug and comforts me. After I'm finally calmed down I go and sit back down next to Billy.

"Your pale." Billy frowns and I smile. "Worth it." I say and lay head on his shoulder and close my eyes, regaining my energy.
