The final bell of the day rang. Yuna and I had plans to go to our usual cafe place. So far, we've been acting as though the kiss never happened. For some reason, it was easy.

I waited outside our classroom for Yuna. She eventually exited the room with her arms linked with two other girls. She smiled when she saw me waiting.

"Hey, you ready to go?" I looked to Yuna, who just nodded.

"Yuna!" Someone called out for her.  We both turned to see Yeonjun jogging up toward us. Yuna's smile grew.

"Hey, I've been trying to talk to you, but I don't have your number." Yeonjun jingled his phone.

"What?" Yuna's eyes lit up.

"Do you want to hang out today?"

"Of course!" Yuna answered eagerly. No matter how much I tell her to play it cool, she can't. It's like all of our practice goes over her head sometimes. I felt a sudden wave of anger take over me.

"Great! I'll meet you outside." He smiled. Yeonjun patted me on the shoulder before walking off.

I coughed, trying to get Yuna's attention. She was busy staring at Yeonjun's back as he walked away.

She turned to me and repeatedly smacked my shoulder. "Did you see that!? Why does Yeonjun want my number?"

"I don't know," I answered coldly. How could she forget that we have plans in less than two seconds? She is so obsessed with Yeonjun.

"I'm so nervous. It'll be our first time hanging out alone. What do I say?"

"Just be yourself." I folded my arms.

"We didn't practice enough for this."

"You'll be fine." I rolled my eyes.

"I'll catch you later, Kai. I have to pamper myself. See you tomorrow." Yuna barely waited for my reply before speeding off.

Not even an apology.

Do I have to hang out with myself today?

I sighed and exited the school building walking over to our usual cafe.
