Today was a tiring day. I have been in school all day, and I learned absolutely nothing. I'm walking home with the guys. Well, I'm walking. Beomgyu and Yeonjun won't stop chasing each other. Taehyun is distracted by his phone, probably texting Chaeryeong.
"So..." Beomgyu suddenly sang. He placed his arm over my shoulder.
"What?"
"What's going on between you and Yuna?" Beomgyu said in a teasing voice. Taehyun and Yeonjun followed it up with an "oo" sound.
"Huh?" I pushed his arm off of me. "What are you talking about?"
"You two have been spending a lot of time together. Is there something going on?" Beomgyu smirked.
"No. There's nothing going on between us. What are you talking about?"
"Dude, have you not heard the rumors?" Taehyun asked.
"What rumors?"
"The rumors that you two are dating?" Beomgyu sang again.
"I never heard of this. Why would people assume we're dating?"
Taehyun chuckled like it was obvious. "I mean, you guys have been spending a lot of time together lately."
"Yeah," Yeonjun nodded. "I thought Yuna was the one who wrote you your love note?"
"No!" I raised my voice. The guys looked at me strangely. "Sorry."
"Who wrote you the love note then?" Yeonjun asked.
"It was a prank from one of the guys in my class." I lied. "How many people around the school think we're dating?"
"A lot." Beomgyu raised his eyebrows.
"Yuna, like someone else already."
"Oh, so do you like her?" Yeonjun smirked.
"I never said that."
Yeonjun hummed a bit. "You're not..not saying it either."
"Yuna and I are just friends. I told you guys already that she's helping me study."
"Sorry for assuming." Yeonjun looked at me, confused.
"How do I stop this rumor from spreading?"
"Why does it matter? Is it such a big deal?" Beomgyu shrugged.
"Yes."
"You could just stop hanging around her during school hours. I'm sure the rumors will go away soon." Taehyun smirked. All three of them were looking at me very skeptical.
Yeonjun face grew cold as he stared at me."Are you sure nothing is going on between you two?"
"Yes. WE ARE JUST FRIENDS!" I made sure to stare back at Yeonjun while saying that. I noticed a small smirk forming on his lips.
"Alright, Kai. We get it." Yeonjun laughed. His phone dinged, and he took it out of his pocket. "Hey, guys I'll catch you later." Yeonjun waved goodbye before heading back towards the school.
The rest of the guys shrugged his weirdness off. They focused their attention back on me with big smirks on their faces.
"We're not dating," I said again sternly. They nodded in silence. Clearly, they didn't belive me but it's not like there the ones I need to convince.
