Chapter Two

"This place is full of smugglers and bounty hunters. & Smells terrible " and he scrunched his nose. the older man kept looking around "I have a bad feeling about this place, master"
The other nodded in agreement "make sure no one can see it & for the smell there's nothing we can do, hopefully, we'll be out soon" Obi-Wan answered for the first time since they've landed near the settlement.
They were in search of the sketchiest bar they could find in search of answers if everything went well.
"Does this one look sketchy enough for you?" the smaller man nodded & they entered.
The place was swarming with all kinds of smugglers and bounty hunters. Thick smoke of weed made a haze inside the room, with live music and some slave females dancing on the stage in the corner. Anakin looked at their leashes and scowled in disgust. It was unbelievable that in a time of republic and democracy slavery was a quite apparent factor in the galaxy!
They walked toward the stool and sat down. "hey" protested a very apparent smuggler.
Obi-Wan waved his hand in front of him "you're gonna go and rethink your life decisions"
"I'm gonna go and rethink my life decisions" and stood up and walked off.
the bartender, a rather obese man, walked to them "what you want?"
"Two of what he had" Obi-Wan answered. The bartender turned his back to them.
"let's go check that one in the far corner. Perhaps he'll aid us" Anakin nodded.
"who's gonna pay?" the bartender grumbled.
They looked at each other. The younger Jedi waved his hand in front of him "you already paid. here are your drinks"
"You already paid, here are your drinks" they took their shots and got up.
" Are they all week-minded fools here?" the younger one asked.
"We can only hope for my friend"
They sat down next to their target. "Hello my friend" the man, who they presumed to be a bounty hunter glared at them "what do you want?" he spat. Anakin waved his hand "you're gonna tell us what's going on"
"I'm gonna tell you what's going on" he crouched toward them "you see everyone here wants to take the big prize, to get Skywalker"
Kenobi side-eyed his former apprentice "what you've done now?" he mumbled to him. The younger man pulled his hood more into his face. "What had this Skywalker done?"
"Where do you hermits live? under a bloody rock? he's the one who blew up The Death Satr!"
The Jedis looked at each other in confusion." what's his full name?" the taller Jedi asked.
"Luke Skywalker. Let me show you his face" and with that, he reached for his holo-tablet.
"here" he put it on his lap. "that's the kid" the hologram showed the kid from earlier.
Anakin took a big gulp of air "I've heard he's a Wanna-Be Jedi. Delusional kid, isn't he? but not gonna lie even I was happy that kid was successful in blowing that death machine up. You didn't know where was going to be destroyed next cause the emperor got a little bit cranky!"
"You're gonna give us your tablet" Anakin said roughly. Obi-Wan turned toward him and mouthed 'don't' 
"I'm gonna give you the tablet, check it for yourself!" and handed him the device.
He hurriedly searched for one Luke Skywalker. and the notice of his bounty came up.
60000 credits for rebel scum Luke Skywalker responsible for the destruction of the death star
must be alive.
He could see more faces once he scrolled down which he recognized to be those who were with the kid, from earlier.

and a Wookie named Chewbacca
"Who's this emperor?" He heard his master mumbled.
He quickly searched. 
After the betrayal of Jedis, Chancellor Palpatine, who was directly assaulted by the Jedi traitors and survived the attempt on his life, was elected by the senate to fully take control of the galaxy.
Our gracious emperor with the help of the keeper of peace, lord Darth Vader restored peace and security back to our galaxy.  

 Anakin took a shaky breath "it's Palpatine. He was the Sith lord all along "Obi-Wan placed a hand on his shoulder and looked behind them. "We have to go." Anakin turned back and saw a few of the scums were on to them. He hurriedly closed the holo-net and threw the tablet back to that fool of a bounty hunter "thanks" he said and got up.
"Did you take all of us for a week-minded fool Jedi scum?" one of the green human-like creatures grumbled and more of them got up and suddenly everyone was pointing a blaster at them.
"After you master" Anakin said cheekily.
They both unsheathed their lightsabers and a rain of laser and blaster shots fell upon them.
They deflected the shots and ran out of that godforsaken bar.
"well, that was too easy" Kenobi said and by the power of jinx or perhaps it was their luck, people on the streets pointed their blasters at them.
they began to run toward where they landed their ships.
"There's no time. Let's get the hell out of this place"

"Take control chewie," Han said and got up from his seat in front of the control panel.
He could hear Leia who was on a call with Mon Mothma in the other room. He walked toward the main room.
There Luke sat all slumped and deep in thought.
"Hey kid" he said and ruffled the boy's hair." how's it hanging?" the younger man just shrugged in response. Han sat down next to him and put a gentle hand on his small back.
"I'm sorry we had to rush kid. I know how much it means to you to learn the Jedi way"
"It's ok Han. You've made the right call" Luke answered back.
he rubbed his back " we'll find you another set of space wizards to learn from" Luke chuckled.
Leia walked toward them. "it seems we're still on the assignment" she sat next to Luke. Han rested his hand on the sofa back of Luke's back and Leia put a gentle hand on the young pilot's back " you ok there Luke?"
"yeah," he  mumbled.
"So, princess what are we gonna do with our new friends? two Jedis and stormtroopers with names." 
Leia frowned " they were rather strange" she agreed.
Luke's frown came to his face.
"What is t kid?"
"They came there by force. I felt that"
"What do you suggest?" Leia asked
"I know I sound crazy but what if they come from the past? stormtroopers were around during the clone wars. Jedis were generals back then. and the bearded one. He felt familiar."
he took a big gulp of air "he felt like Ben. and there was something about the one in black."
They both look with shock " I have a feeling that they're important and not with the empire."

"So, Padme's pregnant?" He heard Obi-wan in his comms.
"Sorry Master. I wanted to tell you but I was scared" he said.
"I knew about You and Padme, Anakin. You're not as sneaky as you think you are"
Anakin chuckled in response.
"She's a senator Anakin."
knowing very well what he meant "I'll never do that to Padme. We're married," he said rather loudly.
"How long?"
he sighed "three years"
he heard Kenobi's breath hitch "while you were my Padawan!" He heard the shock in the other man's voice and silence fell on them.
"Anakin, I'm not angry at you. I'm merely disappointed in both of us that you couldn't trust me to tell me so" The older Jedi after a while.
"I was scared Obi-Wan," he said softly.
"I want you to tell me anything regardless of how bad you think it is and how scared you are my boy"
"Alright," he answered softly
"And well, everyone knows about you and Padme. Hell, there's even a poll going on between the troopers" 
He felt his cheek turning red in embarrassment. "Speaking of troopers master"
"Yes, I know Anakin" he paused, "Now they're with the empire. hopefully, ours are not gonna be found"
His grip on the control tightened. Palpatine. He couldn't believe it. "That rat was playing with us. making us fight his orchestrated war. He pawned with us and played  us. he's gonna pay for this. i make sure of that" Anakin said, anger and hate quite evident in his tone.
"Be careful Anakin. Anger is the path to the dark side." his master warned him." Besides, we have more important things to deal with. we need to find your son first"
Yeah, he was a Dad! He missed 19 years of his unborn child's life. but nonetheless, he was a Dad! He didn't know why he was so nervous!

"They were two of them, sir. they've hidden their face with their robes but they used Jedi mind tricks and had lightsabers."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes sir"
"Very well. The empire will reward you for your assistance in getting rid of traitors"
"Thank you sir" he closed the comm link.
"Contact Admiral Piett."
"Yes sir"
