he still couldn't believe Obi-Wan was dragging them all the way to Vehra over a nursery rhyme!

they could be on their way to Naboo.

The whines were on tip of his tongue when they got out of hyperspace.

Here lies Pain, Pain, Death, many Deaths, so unbelievable amount of Death.

The planet was surrounded by white wedge-shaped ships, their bellies hosting the black single-pilot ships they encountered on their first day in this god-forsaken timeline.

Torture, Blood, Pain

it turned out Obi-Wan was right and he was yet again impatient.

He sighed. He had to be more patient. This ugly trait of his already gave the excuse to the counsel to deprive him of his right to rank of a Master! His grip on the control tightened. they humiliated him.

he fought and won them battles over and over. He could feel the anger bubbling up. He took a deep breath.

It wasn't important.

he had a wife and was expecting his son to be born. those were what mattered!

Power, Death, Power

It looked like even the old nan was right!

he wanted to laugh in disbelief. power. he frowned. out of all the force feelings, this one felt more shallow. like a footprint.

It was like a cookie crumb. Like when Ashoka ate the last cookie and only left the crumbs in the container.

he listened carefully. the force was whispering power. as it was stolen from there.

they were reaching the huge ships.

the planet was under siege. but it wasn't the first siege they've broken and got into.

"looks like we're about to have another dogfight in space" his master spoke into his comm.

"it won't be a day if we didn't have one" he answered back.

Obi-Wan chuckled.

"ready master?"

"I hate flying" Obi-Wan whined. nonetheless, they both launched forward.

now fully in range of small black fighters, the targeting started.

"ready master?" Anakin asked cheerfully. he heard the older man making a sound in his throat in distaste. He laughed and let go of the control.

Both ships started to free fall toward the planet . they were free falling with immensely fast speed, getting pulled by the planet's gravity. they reached the atmosphere and fall through it.

Anakin laughed. Flying was always his favourite. Dangerous flying was his jewel in the crown!

"The capital is 20 Kilometers to the west." he announced in his comms and took the control to steady the falling ship.

"I really hate this technique of yours!" Obi-Wan whined.

He laughed. He had come up with the failing ship flying. They had to break many sieges. so acting as if they've gotten them and they were falling into the atmosphere was their best way of getting in.

it was a shame Obi-Wan wasn't a big fan of flying or his technique but the older Jedi complied with whines and groans. He also called him a maniac of a pilot but he couldn't help it and found the older man's state a little funny every time.

The city stood in dust and haze. he could feel the force crying in pain and despair.

There was a white ship, nothing like the empire's.

His mouth opened a little. They were here! force. They were here!

"it looks like your son's here too Anakin"

He gulped.

The ships came closer to the earth and landed side by side next to the white ship that was his son's. he gulped again. why was he nervous? he understood that being a parent was nerve-wracking. and

being of a young man which was probably only a few years younger than himself was worse and a lot weird!

was he scared? what if he was right and Luke Skywalker was but a name to lead the rebellion?

what if he was wrong and Luke Skywalker was indeed his?

He was his.
The force sang it to him. All week long, it kept singing about the blonde boy, who shined bright and had his eyes.

They walked shoulder to shoulder. the city was in a middle of a desert.

The force cried in pain. It felt as if life itself gave up its will.

In his years fighting the clone wars he never felt force crying out this much.

All the worlds they visited in these seven days were destroyed by the empire.

that kind of destruction he has never seen before. war brings destruction. but these ones? these ones felt like one destroyed them only for the sake of destruction and pain!
