Lucy's POV

"Hurry up!" The first man yelled.

"I can't! She needs a hospital!" I yelled back. The man rolled his eyes. He held the gun to my side and forced me to stand up.

"Pregnant I see, which ones the father?" The man asked, pointing his gun around the room.

"The father isn't here. He's in the military, not the police." I whimpered, staring at Tim.

"I don't like being lied too. What do you say Sergeant? Wanna save your wife and kid?" The man asked, looking at Tim.

"He's not the father." I said bitterly, still looking at Tim.

"Oh so you cheated on your husband?" Another man asked.

"He's not my husband," I said, coldly.

"I was at your wedding, Lucy Bradford." The man said, shoving the gun harder into my side.

"Everyone else out! I want just these two." The man said, pointing to me and Tim. No one moved. The man cocked his gun and a tear slipped from my eye, thinking about the child I was supposed to be protecting.

Everyone lowered their guns and left but Tim. Nolan grabbed the woman who was having a fake seizure and brought her to a room for her to calm down. The only people is the room were 6 men in ski masks, me, and Tim.

"So, detective. Care to tell your husband who exactly I am, I'm sure you already know." The man asked.

"One percent." I said, looking at Tim. The men started clapping as I saw a SWAT vehicle pull up out of the corner of my eye.

"Congratulations. You cracked the case-" he started, then the door flew open and many swat members came in as I grabbed the gun and turned it towards him.

"You underestimate me one percent." I said as he was placed in hand cuffs.

"I've been watching you since before I joined the academy Chen. Don't believe that after arresting me, that this will stop. There are far more of us than you think." He said as he was being pulled out of the room. I placed the gun on the chair and jumped on Tim, holding him like my life depended on it.

"I thought he was dead," Angela said, walking into the room.

"He faked it, either to torture me or make this moment ten times worse than it already is." I said, not letting go of Tim.

"I think you should go to the hospital Luce, all that stress isn't good for the baby and you're side is bleeding." Nyla said, standing next to Angela. I stayed silent, holding onto Tim for one more minute before letting go and walking to the truck where Tim would drive me to the hospital.

"Are you okay? Other than bleeding and stressed out," Tim asked, grabbing my hand.

"I don't know, I'm still kind of in shock." I answered. We pulled into the hospital and we walked inside, Tim still in uniform.

"What can I do for you Sergeant and detective?" The nurse asked, looking at our badges.

"I'm pregnant, was held at gun point, and my side is bleeding." I said, bluntly. He nodded his head and walked to a room, Tim and I followed.

"A doctor will be her soon to check you out," he said, starting to leave when Tim grabbed his arm.

"Her side is bleeding and she is pregnant, what about that don't you understand?" Tim asked. The nurse looked down and walked out, a doctor coming in about a minute later. I was feeling weak, but didn't want to show it.

The doctor made sure the me and the baby were okay before addressing my side where the pressure of the gun had opened stitches from a previous fight.

"Alright, you are free to return to work but I recommend taking it easy for a few weeks." The doctor said before la into the room.

"Alright let's go," I said, gabbing Tim's hand. We walked to the truck where there was a note.

It's not over

Tim and I raced back into the hospital to get the footage. We found a security guard and demanded the footage. We watched it and it turned out, a drone sent it. We zoomed in to find the serial number and the make model as it flew away.

"wbbQWxpM DJ1 Mini 2, let's go" Tim said, running back out to the truck and racing back to the station. We got to the precinct and immediately ran to Greys office to fill him in.

"Breach!" Grey yelled as Nyla forced open the door, revealing many men with heavy powered machinery.

"Drop your weapons!" We yelled as hundreds of cops filed in the trailer, swat as the majority. Bullets started flying as Tim stepped in front of me and started shooting back. I took cover behind a wall and pulled Tim back with me where we continued to shoot. We stopped shooting as the last man dropped.
