June's days went by slow, inching towards July. Clementine was so excited to return to LA, and found herself longing and longing for the warm California air. She loved being home with her family, and her sister especially, but there was a void that was left unfilled when she left LA last month. What made it inevitably worse, too, was her almost daily conversations with Joe - who made her realize just how bad she missed California.
But now, as she packed her bags to spend the whole month of July with Natalia and her other new friends for the Volume 2 premiere, she couldn't wait. The familiar excited butterflies crept up in her stomach, the heat flushed her cheeks, and she could not stop smiling at her big suitcase, all packed in the corner of her bedroom.
As she was setting her final small carry on her suitcase, a sudden ding of her phone diverted her attention.
