A few hours had gone by, Apirl and D had gone to bed, Mikey was passed out- his hand in popcorn- and Raph and Casey both also asleep.

I laid on Leo's chest listening to his heartbeat.
I chuckled as Captan Ryan slapped the whiny black haired boy.
"What a hero.."

Leo's hands were playing with my hair and the other resting on my waist.

"Hey y/n?" He asked, his heart speeding up.

I looked up at him, "Yea?"

He picked me up and smiled down at me, "let me take you somewhere."

I shrugged, "okay, I trust you. Where are we going captain?"

He giggled the most adorable giggle, "you'll see. And..."
he held up his right wrist and pulled off his mask and tied it in front of me so I couldn't see.

"Leo? What's this for?"

I could feel us run and enter above ground, "you said you trust me, so trust me."

I smiled and nussled my head on his chest.
"Okay love."

We kept running till we stoped and Leo Set me down.
"Stay here okay?"

I nodded and I heard rusting. Leo grunting and finally him walking up to me.

"Okay, ready."

I took his mask off my eyes and gasped at what I saw. The rooftop covered in candles, roses, and Cherryblossoms. We were in an abandoned part of town so the candles were the only source of light.

I gasped, "Leo..?"

I turned to him and gasped and chuckled at what I saw.

Leo had somehow managed to get a tux on and fix his hair. He was standing Next to me holding a bouquet of flowers.

He sported a dark blue tux and a sweet smile.

"Leo... this is all beautiful.."

He smiled, "look up."

I looked up at the sky stunned by what I saw. The sky was a gorgeous mixture of blacks,blues,purples,greens, and pinks. There was a super moon in the sky that was splattered with bright stars.

"I found out that tonight was going to be one of the clearest nights of the year... I knew I had to give you the stars tonight.." I heard him take a loud gulp from behind me.

"Y/n.. you've made my life so much brighter... I'm so happy you came into my life,"

I turned to him who was smiling at me with a sincere and full of love look in his eyes.

"I'm aware that me being a mutant can be an inconvenience to you.. and there's likley times you're revolted by how I look but... I wanted to give you a perfect day, so I went to Donnie about us becoming human, even if it was only for a couple hours.. and because I wanted to-"

"Leo... what are you talking about?" I asked somewhat hurt.

"Love, please let me finish-"he pleaded.

"No... Leo there has never been a time when you've inconvinced me..? Our relationship is different sure, but never an inconvenience... I love you and I have never and will never be repulsed by how you look. You're hot, and handsome and all the above to me." I admitted. "So please don't talk like that.."

"But- you couldn't go in proper dates with me and-"
"Do you think I care about that?" I grasped his hand , "this is what I need, us. That's all I've ever needed."

I looked down at his hand that was slowly turning back, it was getting his green skin back as his fingers molded back together.

"Y/n I'm running out of time-" he started.

"No." I paused. "Whatever you have to say I want to hear it from you. YOU, the teenage mutant ninja turtle I fell in love with in day one." I cupped his face.

"I love YOU Leo, forever and always... and wether you're a mutant or a human that doesn't change.."

"Y/n..." his hand traveled to the back of my head pulling me closer to him, he let out a mixture between a laugh and a sigh. "I love you too.."

"Always and forever.."

The last three words were almost a whisper as our mouths touched and silenced the both of us. Kissing and holding in silence under the moon light.

His other hand trailed down to my waist and pulled me closer: deepening the kiss. And I wasn't one to object or pull away this time. It felt right.

Especially when I felt his body widen and harden, knowing his plastron and shell came back and I never thought I would miss the feel of his normal lips so much.

As we parted I looked at the beautiful mutant I called my boyfriend, the moon highlighting his freckles and moles on his skin and his emerald color. And most important his eyes... those damn eyes..

He placed my hair behind my ear, "there you are.." I smiled.

I looked down and then placed his bandana back onto his face.

"There... perfect." I smiled as he just stared into my eyes in awe. The blue and greens danced inside them like the stars gave them a party. It was mesmerizing..

"Y/n... you gave me light and clarity into my life in moments I didn't know if it was possible for any amount of light to take me out of the dark whole of unworthy and doubt I was falling in. I felt I had to prove myself and actions to everyone.. but you showed me that wasn't true. I know now that everyone needs a hero, even me. Thank you for being my hero when I couldn't be my own..."
He took a deep breath before reaching into his pocket as I gasped, taking a step aback. Feeling the tears start to pour.

Leo got onto one knee and looked up at me, " Senice I met you, you've turned my life for the better, I want to grow old with you, I'd risk my life for you and feel worthy enough to protect it. I want to make your dreams come true. I want to give you everything in this world you deserve. I want to give you the moon and the stars... but I can only offer my love... and this,"

He opened the box to show a beautiful silver ring with diamonds embroidering the sides with a moon stone in the middle.

"I love you y/n, and I hope you'll let me be the one to always stay by your side to love and protect you.... Will you marry me?"

As soon as he let out the word 'me' I jumped into his arms and kissed him repeating " yes"over and over again.

He smiled let out a huge smile, "really??"

"Yes!" I cried through tears.

He cupped my face and pressed our lips together quickly and passionately holding each other in the moonlight leaving no space for air.

"May I?" He asked when our lips separated, I nodded.
He took the ring and placed it on my finger kissing my hand and then engulfing me in a huge hug.

"I love you... always and forever y/n."
