Your POV:

I sat in the back seat holding onto my head that was being hit with a hammer by whoever was in it. When we left the sewers the pain didn't go away. The voice continuously would replete 3 words.

YOU

LEO

DANGER

And I wasn't stupid, I knew that with everything's that's happened it's not gonna be wrong.
I was in danger.
But so was Leo.
And as long as he could make it out okay, I didn't care much what happened to me. Of course, if the turtles, Casey, and April knew, they would make me stay behind.

"Is your uh... head.. still saying anything?" Donnie asked concerned as he drove.

I shook my head and lied, "no it's just repeating the same thing."

"How do we even know this is right?? I mean seriously it's a stupid voice in your head and we're following it???" Raph said annoyed, "plus after what Leo did he could use a slap in the head."

My body tensed up as anger boiled inside me, I turned to Raphael aggravated.
"In case you've forgotten the stupid voice saved you and your brother's life! If it didn't tell me when it did you guys would be squashed turtles!! And we all know him! Do you think he kept it from us because he wanted to?!? For whatever reason he did it he felt he had no choice!" I yelled.

Ralph looked at me taken aback. I don't think he's ever seen me this upset, but it wasn't his fault, usually, that comment would've gone through one ear and outer the other but... I felt betrayed just like the rest of them. And maybe what I said was me just having a crush on him but also maybe I was trying to convince myself. Either way, it wasn't Raphs fault, he was as betrayed as I was... 

My eyes softened as I stood up. I grabbed his hand to draw his attention away from becoming defensive as I saw his anger boiling.

Raphs green eyes didn't leave mine, the eyes are the windows to the soul... and his- through a thick coating of rage-was sad, frustrated, and disappointed. That's when it clicked.

"You don't care that Leo took my file.. do you.?"

The red turtle's eyes downturned, "what are you talking about?!? Of course, I do! And you should be too! He kept it from you! Your life! Our solution to help you!! He's selfish!" Raphael yelled defending himself.

"No... that's not it.. you're.." I paused, " scared.."

I could feel his breath hitch as I said this.

"You're scared that you don't know him anymore.. he's always been selfless and always thought before he did something.. and now he's being selfish and irrational and it scares you.."

His eyes started to fill with tears, he stepped back to quickly hide them.

"Do you even hear yourself?!? WHY AREN'T YOU MAD?!? I DON'T GET IT YOUR SO CALM LIKE YOUR FINE WITH EVERYTHING HE DID!!! SHREDDERS HAVE BEEN AFTER YOU! HE'S TRIED TO TAKE YOU AND WE HAD TO DEAL WITH IT AND THE ENTIRE TIME LEO HAD AN ANSWER AS WE WANDERED AIMLESSLY!!! HE LIED TO YOU! HE LIED TO ME! HE LIED TO ALL OF US!!" Ralph screamed.

The air became still as he said that, everyone looked away trying to act they didn't hear. But they did.
And they agreed.

In truth I was mad, I was beyond furious. I mean in this past month or two I've had so many unanswered questions and I've been scared, terrified even. But I know Leo well enough to know whatever reason he did it he felt like he didn't have any other choice. 

"How many times have you screwed up?"

"What..?"

"How many times have you screwed up? How many times have you tried to quit the team and got yourself into a crappy situation? How many times would you train yourself to the point you would almost pass out...?"

He stayed silent.

"Now how many times has Leo covered for you when you screwed up? How many times did he get you out of that shitty situation and welcomed you back with open arms? How many times would he make you take a break and bring you a sweat towel and water?" I asked.

He didn't respond but he knew I was right.

I turned to Donnie, "how many times had an experiment blown up in your face?"

He scoffed not looking away from the road, "more times than I can count.."

"And how many times would Leo come running in to make sure you were okay.?"

"More times than I can count.." he repeated.

"Mikey what about that time we ate all the pizza and you didn't get any and you were upset about it all day?"

Mikey smiled and was angry in a playful manner, "That was mad rude of all of you." 

"And when Leo ordered you a pizza knowing just what to put on it for you?"

Mikey smiled wide, "I don't even know where he got the money, I spent all the leftover money on Crognard merch." 

"That was you??" Donnie asked looking over. 

"April what about when you were first started training to control your powers? Who would help you meditate and train your mind?" i butted in so there wouldn't be any brotherly fights.

"Leo.." she sighed.

"Casey!" I pointed.

He sterned up, "h-huh?!? What's up Y/n?"

"How about when you try to show off for April in a mission and it goes rogue?"

His face flushed,"Jesus.. dig a little deeper why don't ya."

"But Leo backs you up! And he even tried to help you impress her!!" I yelled,

"And me?!? He saved my life! He took me to his home where I met you guys! And when we found out I was targeted he could've left once I became a problem! But he didn't.. he's stayed longer than anyone ever has before.."

And at that point, I had everyone's attention. I knew I had made my point and now all that was left was to convince them with one small sentence.

"He's always our hero, it's time for us to be his."

And at that everyone was sold.
But then... Raph stood up. We all watched as silence Lingered.

"Y/ns right... We know Leo... He wouldn't have done this to hurt us... now let's go save our brother."
