Wave Of 3 Begins

Chapter 4: Tea Time

     As soon as they arrived, "Welcome to the Party Palace." Shimmer announced.

     "Huh, it looks a little plain for a party palace." River said.

    "Hmm, I don't really think so. Anyways, let's have some tea." Shimmer said with a smile.

    "Shimmer? There's nothing here." River said.

   "Not yet, watch this." Shimmer said as she pulled a table out of nowhere and used her magic to set it by the tree.

    "Woah, how did you do that?" River asked in disbelief.

    "Oh. With my party magic, of course." Shimmer replied.

  "Wait, you're a party pony?" River asked curiously.

   "Yep, sure am." Shimmer replied with a smile as she pulled two stools out of nowhere and placed them on either side of the table.

    "Wow, that's so cool." River said.

      "It's really not that unique. Considering that, all party ponies can do it." Shimmer explained as took a tea set out of her mane and set it on the table. "I mean sure not everypony can do stuff like this but all party ponies can." Shimmer took the lid off of the teapot and swirled her hoof around the top of it to make tea appear before putting the lid back on.

        "I know, it's just so fascinating to actually watch." River said in amazement.

      "Huh, I guess it is." Shimmer said "Shall we?" 

       River giggled. "We shall."

      Shimmer and River proceeded to have tea together.

                 ~Meanwhile~

      "So, that's River. Hmm, interesting. I must tell the others that we might be getting a new mean one." A pony before she let an evil laugh and teleported away.

     "Woah, did you feel that?" Shimmer asked.

      "Um, no." River replied. "What is it?"

      "Suffer was watching us." Shimmer replied.

        "Who's Suffer?" River asked nervously.

          "Suffer is a mean clone of me. And she has created a lot of other mean versions of ponies. Her targets are usually my friends and family. We refer to them as mean ones." Shimmer explained in reply.

         "Wow. So, you think that she might be targeting me?" River asked while shaking.

         "Knowing her." Shimmer replied. "Yep."

        "That's not good is it? River asked.

         "No, no it's not." Shimmer replied. "I must tell my friends that Suffer is at it again." 

        "No kidding." River said as took a sip of her tea.

        "Cortana, come here." Shimmer said as also took a sip of her tea.

         "What is it, princess?" Cortana asked as she appeared.

          "Take a letter." Shimmer replied.

           "With pleasure." Cortana said as pulled out a feather pen and a scroll.

              "Dear Pinkie and Cheese, I regret to inform you that Suffer is back and might be targeting my cousin who just came from Manehatten. I understand that you guys are busy but I need you back here ASAP. Your friend, Princess Shimmer." Shimmer said. "Did you get all that, Cortana?

         "Yep." Cortana said.

            "Well then please send it." Shimmer said.

              "Alright." Cortana as she sent the letter with her fire breath.
