noodlesdoodle - Sweet Simple Series #3

.

(MY's Sweet Simple Series with Miyoung)

Miyoung: CRYSTAL morning! Unboxing the food that I got from my mom

(Sweet potato, garlic, kimchi, radish)

Miyoung: This is my mom-made ginger extract. It's good for marinating and drink as tea!

(Good for colds and menstrual cramps)

Miyoung: And she give me a cute little pot. I guess I can make ramen and use it for frying too.

(A pot that can fry small amounts!)

Miyoung: I'll defrost the frozen avocado first and warm up the bagel in the toaster.

(Stale bagel)

Miyoung: Time to clean up while the bread warms up. Today I'm making a salmon bagel sandwich. Chop the green onions for the sauce.

(I'm in tears because the green onions are so spicy...)
(Recipe: green onion + cream cheese + mayonnaise + lemon juice + sugar + pepper)

Miyoung: The cream cheese and green onion combination is so crazy. It tastes so good on a bagel. Frozen avocado that I had already defrosted so I'm going to make guacamole by mashing it up. I'll chop the red onion for the guacamole.

(Recipe: chopped vegetables + lemon juice + minced garlic + salt + pepper)

Miyoung: Guacamole with a smooth texture completed. Now that the ingredients are ready let's make the sandwich!

(Lettuce + onion + salmon + olive oil, pepper as a seasoning + plenty of guacamole + finish with a lid)

Miyoung: Secure it with a skewer. Carefully split it in half.

(All of my effort is collapsing. Put the ingredients back together and the salmon bagel is ready)

Miyoung: Today's drink will be a latte. I need to a little bit of caffeine in the morning. Today is a day that I can have a leisurely breakfast

(I woke up early)

Miyoung: A bagel sandwich that's half leaking but this combination is the best so I can't give up any of the ingredients

(Finish it all up)

----
Miyoung: It's time for the lunch. I've been making menus that are easy to make. I'll stir-fry my preciously protected tuna with kimchi!

(Red pepper powder + soy sauce + sugar + gochujang)

Miyoung: This is a great ingredient when making triangle gimbap or for just as a side dish with rice! Recommended for using when making triangle gimbap.

(A bowl of rice + tuna kimchi and stir to make a rice ball)

Miyoung: On busy mornings I like to mix my pre-made tuna kimchi with rice and quickly finish them up before leaving. I used to make meat fritters as a side dish. Recently, my life getting more busy so I've been eating ready-made products.

(No need to defrost just cook it in the air fryer)
(Today's lunch also includes a must-have: egg rolls)

Miyoung: Leftover onions after making guacamole. This is one of the best things to do with leftover veggies I used to use a large frying pan for egg rolls then switched to a small one. It's cute because the shape is miniature but I like the bigger one more! The pan is small so I feel like I'm a small child playing.

(Bouncy cute egg roll completed)

Miyoung: It has a pretty shape if it is sliced after being cooled but I want to eat quickly so I sliced it up right away. After carefully placing my egg rolls I'll add some spicy sriracha sauce instead of ketchup and that's it for today's lunch! I'm always making my lunch menu based on easy-to-pick-up-and-eat items like this!
