Jihye: I heard that you have a lot of worries and concerns so we're here to help you out as much as we can ROSEQUARTZ's counseling time for I-LANDERs

Miyoung: Let's see what the I-LANDERs are worried about!

(Before the 4th test of Part. 1 the I-LANDERs wrote all about their worries and concerns)

Nari: What are their biggest concerns?

Miyoung: First! Written by LEE HEESEUNG.

Hayoon: He's been training a lot longer than the others! Over three years!

Nari: So he must be good

Miyoung: "After coming to I-LAND, I'm living with other trainees for the first time. Even if I'm not the leader, sometimes I have to help out the leader. I learned the importance of leadership when it comes to creating a good team."

Jihye: This is what he's worried about?

Hayoon: Amazing

Miyoung: "HEESEUNG has been thinking about good leadership. What kind of leadership is needed to influence everyone in a positive way?"

Nari: This guy is gonna make it! He's a very thoughtful person

Jihye: He seems very thoughtful. I personally think that, the fact that he's worried about this means that he already has leadership. For example, 'someone has to do it for the team...' Becoming someone that can stand up for the rest of the group, I think that's good leadership. I wasn't good at it in the beginning, to be honest

Nari: You're a great leader!

Hayoon: You're the best leader I've ever seen!

Jihye: Thanks

Nari: To be honest the leaders don't get any extra benefits but they have so much more responsibilities

Jihye: It's true.

Nari: It's very challenging...

Jihye: So the teammates have to help the leader out

Nari: That's right

Jihye: The members have to help out a lot

Nari: It says 'leadership that will influence everyone in a positive way'. It's good to influence your teammates in a positive way but if you're trying to please everyone it'll be too hard and painful on yourself so trying to influence every single member in a positive way. You shouldn't well on that thought

Miyoung: Next up is DANIEL.
