[That's what Noah looks like.]

Noah knocked on my door. "Come in," I answered. Noah came in and sat on my bed. "You have your appointment tomorrow," he said calmly. "No!" I screamed at him, "Don't make me go! I don't want to!"

"Please, Kayla." he begged.

"No!" I yelled back. I could tell he was losing his patience.

"Well you're going whether you like it or not!"

He walked out and slammed the door behind him. "I hate you!" I shouted as he walked away. I sat on my bed and then turned on a movie.

A few hours later, Theo called me down for lunch. I came and sat down at the table. I glared at Noah as he sat beside me. We silently ate lunch.  "So, do you guys wanna go somewhere after lunch?" Theo asked.

"Yeah!" I said excitedly.

"Sure, but can Ash come? He said his roof gave in last winter and it's being fixed so he doesn't have much to do." Noah explained. Ash was his friend and his assistant.

"Ok, does he have somewhere to stay because we have plenty of space." Theo said

"I told him he could stay here, he said he would love that."

We all got into the car and picked up Ash from his house, then we drove to the park. I got out of the car and ran to the swings. "Theo, push me." I begged. He came up to me and pushed the swing. Five minutes after he started pushing the swing he said, "Noah I'm tired, can you come push her?"

"Sure," Noah replied.

"No!" I yelled. I jumped off the swing and landed on my face. Theo, Noah and Ash all ran to me. "Are you ok?" Ash said in a panic. I sat up and looked at the ground. There was blood all over the woodchips. "There's so much blood!" I screamed as I closed my eyes.

"Let me see." Noah said.

"No!" I yelled back.

"Please Kayla, I'm sorry." he pleaded.

"I said no!" I shouted at him.

"Can I have a look? Pretty please, Kayla?" Ash asked calmly. I let him walk up to me and look at me.

"This looks pretty bad. Does it hurt?" he asked, I nodded. Ash picked me up and carried me to the car. "It'll be ok sweetie," he assured me.

We rode back. Ash told Theo to stop at the office. Once we had stopped, Ash got out of the car and carried me back to the hospital he worked at. He took me into his Noah's office and sat me down in a chair. He grabbed a cotton ball and put some weird stuff on it.

"This is gonna sting a little, ok?" he said. I nodded and he came closer. He dabbed the cotton ball on the scratches on my face.

"I'm sorry, but you're gonna need a few stitches." he said.

"No!" I yelled.

"It's gonna be ok, Kayla." he assured. I started crying. He came hugged me tight. "I know you don't want to, but we have to do it. I promise I'll be super gentle." I nodded and he went to get something.

He came back with a tray. It had a lot of things on it. Ash picked up a needle filled with clear stuff. He gave me an injection on my face where I had fallen. Then he picked up a piece of thread.

"Is your head numb yet sweetheart?" he asked. I nodded. "Ok, just close your eyes, it'll be over soon."

I closed my eyes like he had said to.

"Ok You can open them now." he said. I opened my eyes to see him smiling down at me. "Your all done." he said. I smiled at him.

"Thank you." I said to him. He gave me a lollipop then picked me up and went back to the car. We drove back home. He asked me if I wanted to watch a movie. "Yeah!"

He turned on the tv, and put on Encanto. I fell asleep, and he carried me up to my bed.
