!Warning, this chapter has a crazy plot twist!

"I want to leave." I said quietly.

"I'm sorry, you can't leave yet, I have a dew more questions and then we're done" Dr. Forrest said, "When your around your brothers, do you scared or afraid?"

"I want to leave." I said again. He just looked at me for a few seconds, It was clear that he was trying to make eye contact but I didn't look at him.

"I need you to answer the question, Kayla." he said.

"I want to leave!" I said again, this time louder and more forcefully. He stood up and opened the door. I walked out and he followed behind me. We went back into the room I had been in when I woke up. I sat back down on the bed.

"Can we go home now?" I asked. Noah glanced at Dr. Forrest, he nodded.

"Yes, we can go now." Noah said.

"We just need to check a few things first." Ash said while grabbing a stethoscope and some other things.

"Stay away from me you jerk!" I yelled.

"We can do this the easy way or the hard way." Ash said. He came closer to me and put the stethoscope thingies in his ears. He tried to put the end of it on my chest but I smacked his hand away. "Why are you always so difficult!" he yelled.

"Why can't you go and get your own house?!" I yelled back.

"Kayla please cooperate." Theo said, his head in his palm.

Ash tried to put the end of the stethoscope on my chest again. I wanted to leave as soon as possible so I let him. He grabbed a tiny flashlight and shined it in my eyes.

"Why would she have a concussion?" Noah asked skeptically. Ash didn't reply, he pulled a cuff out of a drawer. I stared at it. Ash tried to put it on my arm but I pulled my arm away before he could.

"I know this scares you, but can't you just cooperate? Just trust me." Ash said calmly.

"Give me one good reason I should trust you!" I said angrily, "I'm fine! Can't we just go home!"

"Yeah, come on let's go." Noah budded in. He stood up and walked out. The rest of us followed him. The ride home was dead silent. Noah didn't take his eyes off the road. Ash and Theo were just staring at their phones. I looked out the car window, there was a cloud that looked like a giraffe. Theo nudged me and turned his phone towards me.

"Look at this, Kayla." he said as he showed me a picture. It was a picture of Noah when he was a little kid. He was making a funny grumpy face. "Mom took this picture after Noah fell off a swing just like you did." Theo said. I stared at the picture. Mom's thumb was covering part of the picture.

"I miss them." I said. Ash and Noah looked at me.

"Keep your eyes on the road!" Theo said to Noah, who then looked back on the road. Theo hugged me. "I miss them too." he said.

We got back to the house and I went upstairs to my room. I picked up a picture of mom and dad. It was framed. The frame had hearts on one half and black roses on the other. I sat on my bed and stared at the picture.

I heard a knock on the door. "Kayla, can I come in?" Ash said from outside the door. I said nothing, instead just stared the picture. The door opened and Ash walked in. He sat on my bed. "Kayla, I'm sorry."

"They made you come here didn't they?" I said quietly, "They made you say sorry."

"No they didn't" he said. Silence filled the room. A tear fell onto the picture,  hadn't realized I was crying.

"I know something that might make you feel better," Ash said, "your brothers told me not to tell you."

"What is it?" I asked.

"You have another brother."
