You had been doing some research for a case that you & your boyfriend were planning on heading out for tomorrow afternoon. Normally he'd be the one doing the research, but you had told him to go get some sleep  & you'd handle the rest of the research. After you sent him off to bed you pulled out your headphones & connected them to your phone & put on one of your Spotify playlists. It wasn't long before you were lost in your own little world while doing your research. You didn't even realize that 2 hours had passed or the fact that Sammy had woken up & had gone to check on you. He stood at the entrance to the library just watching you. He could barely hear the music playing from your headphones, but noticed how absorbed you were just in your own little world. He couldn't help the smile that came across his face while watching you just thinking about how cute you looked. He couldn't help but laugh when he approached you & wrapped his arms around you which caused you to jump out of your own skin. But were relieved to see that it was just your sleepy-looking boyfriend who had come to check in on you.
