Staring At Me Prompt - Dean

You & Dean had been looking over the files for the current case you were working. But you couldn't help but notice how he seemed to be focusing more on you than the actual case files. At first, you just brushed it off as that he was just getting bored of reading since he tended to hate doing research. But after what seemed like the tenth time you knew something was up. You started to wonder if you had something on your face. But when you quietly excused yourself to the bathroom you couldn't find anything out of place. So then you really started to rack your brain of why his eyes seemed to keep lingering on you. You'd be lying if you said you didn't have feelings for him, but you were never able to read if he returned those feelings. So you just kept them to yourself, afraid of ruining the strong friendship you had. But now your brain was starting to run wild with ideas of maybe he felt something for you too. "I mean why else would he be staring at you so much?" You asked yourself. It started to get to the point where you yourself could barely focus on the words on the paper in front of you. Said you took the risk & just outright confronted him about it. "Why do you keep staring at me?" You said looking up & meeting his gaze. "Because I think you're beautiful." He said while maintaining eye contact with you. Momentarily you just thought he was joking, but when you saw how his expression never faltered you knew he was telling the truth. You could see the panic begin to set in as you remained silent repeating his words in your head, but your mouth blurted out "I think your beautiful too, well I mean handsome. Yeah definitely handsome." You couldn't help but laugh at your own embarrassment, but noticed how Dean got a big smile on his face. Not a smirk, no a real genuine smile. "Well, I'm glad you feel the same way since that makes this next part a hell of a lot easier sweetheart." You had opened your mouth to question what he meant, but were cut off when he captured your lips in a long & slow kiss. One that did take you a bit by surprise, but were more than happy to reciprocate it.
