Goodbyes

I groan softly as I feel myself trying to wake up ,ugh why am waking up I just want to sleep a little longer ,I roll over and I snuggle my face further into the nice warm pillow I relax further almost falling back asleep when I noticed my pillows moving scrunching my eyebrows ,why would my pillow be moving? I take a deep breath through my nose it smells like a warm campfire .I k ow this smell it's Ji I sigh and snuggle in closer going back to sleep.

Kakashi
I look around at the camp see more injured nin and hear the sounds of fighting not far from this camp seems like the fights keep getting closer each day. I make my way twords the Tent where Ensui is ,I enter the tent and see Ibiki I put my hand up, "Yo" They both nod I turn twords Ibiki and see the pensive look on his face ," That traitor finally broke it seems he's been sneaking strategies and mission forms off the table while he's been healing Heaven". Out of the corner of my eye I see Ensui tense . " Aparently everytime she was hurt,but how often is that girl getting hurt for him to be in here that often to grab all that." I look over to the nara man and see him begin to rub his temples. " Haven is honestly quiet frequently needing healed, there is reason she has been on the frontlines since 14 ,she hasn't even been home once since she's been up. Here " I'm shocked not once ? How can that be I look over to Ibiki he doesn't even seem to be able to hide his shock. " How can that be everyone's gone home ! At some point why hasn't she been permitted to come home?" I ask him. " Simple hokage orders it once before and on her way several of our forces were wiped clean she didn't even make it half way home before she was ordered back here , since that day she has refused to go home till the day this war is over , honestly there is times she goes literally weeks of no sleep because she's out there providing back up or straight up takeing on the other sides forces , " I see him grip his hands in to fists " She has more blood on her hands than all of our combined she has seen more bloodshed than anyone should ever have to, but she has also saved so many of our shinobi she's fast and effective. Actually she is being sent out on mission as soon as she wakes up." I take a step back in shock Ibiki shakes his head in disbelief. " How on earth do you expect her to survive if you all keep running her ragged ? A person can only take so much she's only been down 2 days?! " I ask c oncered I see Ensui shake slightly then stop. " This is war I understand that if I had someone who could go in her stead I would in heartbeat but her and your sensei is the only one qualified for this mission and if she dosent wake up soon were gonna have to wake her ." I look into his eyes and all I see is concern and anger ." What is this mission that requires both that someone can't be sent in her stead Its hard to beilve Minato gonna need a whole lot of help?" I see him look down ." It's technically a suicide mission they are both to sent out as decoys to face an army of 4 thousand shinobi." I take a step back in utter shock . I compose myself putting my hand in my pockets I change the subject ," Were leaving out today to Take Rinji back home " I see him mnod his head " Honestly it's best he leaves soon he dosent need to be here if we get news back she didn't make it back, it won't end well if he is here." What are they to each other ? Why do I even care ?. I nod my head " I'll grab him now." " No wait I'll go over there I'd like to say goodbye." I nod my head at the nara man .

Ensui
I get up and walk out of the tent Inari why do I have to send her put on this mission ,I know death is more than a possibility in her future if this keeps up but I never thought I'd have to send her out on a suicide mission and if Rinji finds out about this . I tsk loudly it'll be more troublesome , but I couldn't blame him.i finally enter Rinjis tent and see Ven snuggled up with Rinji there both still sleeping g I can't help but take in ,she has her head tucked up Jis neck his head laying gently ontop of hers, there legs are intertwined, if anyone else walked in here they'd swear those two are lovers .I couldn't help but shake my head and laugh quietly to myself. I look up aparently I wasn't as quiet as I thought I was I see Rinji walking up. " More night terrors?" He nodd at me " They're getting worse again she was actually drenched this time". " That's normal she's slept for two days straight so have you, you must have been exghusted ." Wow two days I wish it wS more peaceful but I am glad she slept " I nod my head I am glad she got sleep." Gonna have to wake her though." I see him frown "Another mission?" I look at her and nod ," ofcourse you know I can't do anything when I get order Ji, and it's not just that you are going back to the leaf today ." I smirked at him. " Oh.." " Dont worry a out her Rinji she'll be okay she always comes back." He nods he softly starts nudging her awake she reaches up and smacks him ontop of the head " top ..". I laugh " Hey Ven you sleeping ?" I tease her I se her turn over and stretch she stretcheS so weirdly she kind of stretched like a cat. "Ofcourse not Ens I'm training to die ." Both Rinji and I snort. " Well Ven you failed terribly ." She snorts and laughs Rinji and I can't but help smile. I watch her sit up and hear a few pops as she does " So may I ask why you both are interrupting my training?". She quirks and eye brow at us ." Jis leaving today and you have a important mission that came from the hokage that you're gonna have to start getting ready to head out for ." I see her Emerald eyes dim slightly ,I swear every time I send her out it's like I'm killing a part of her,who am I kidding I am. I frown slightly

Haven

I lean against Ji I hate that he's leaving but I'm happy he gets to go home one less person for me to worry about. I look up at Ji "Hey you're getting to retire that's great eat some Raman for us when you get to your retirement home old man !" I smile up at him showing him my teeth, I hear Ensui laughing his ass off "oh shut up you hag ! " He goes to bonk me on the head I quickly jump up and land next to Ens . " So when you leaving out ? " I see Ji shrug I shake my head clueless as ever so I raise my eyebrow at Ens ." Troublesome hell be leaving as soon as we're done saying our goodbyes " I nod my head " So what's this mission I'm haveing to go on ?" I smile at him I see Rinji look as him as well and nodd "Yeah so what does the old hag gotta do now. ?" I go over to Ji and flick him in the head " Ita! What the fuck V !" I look at Ens and arch a brow he tense slightly "Honestly don't know yet got orders from Hokage and I'm not supposed to read them till Ven here's present " that's shit and I know it why is he trying to hide it from Ji we never keep things from each other. I see Rinji nod hos head in understanding, that idiot is being daft as always. Before I can say anything I hear someone heading our way I quickly throw my mask back on. Both boys raise an eyebrow at me so I throw a thumb over my shoulder. Sure enough in comes Kakashi himself I look him over I don't think the entire time he's been here I've really given him any real though but now that I'm look I'd say I'm intrigued he's rather tall ,I'd love to run my fingers through that gravity defying hair of his I want to know if it's soft . I blush slightly God am I thankful for wearing a mask. I arch my brow at him and look him up and down maybe that's why he wears it not only is he a le to hide his identity you really only have to practice hiding emotion in your eye. Intresting. I hear Rinji clear his throat I walk over and flick him in the forehead again "Ita! Would you stop that V". I smirk " Listen I understand your 2 brain cells are fighting over what to do with your body Ole man but don't interrupt my train of thought.." Ens laughs "Ven stop being bitchy to him " All three of us begin laughing I wink at them ,I look back to Kakashi he seems so laid back even here I envy that I'm always so tense and on guard, and I just can't read him either it intrigues me but very weary of him also I'd lie if I didn't say it kinda made me nervous . " Sorry for interrupting but we must be getting back to the village ." I frown slightly and look over to Ji he tenses he looks at me " You be careful out there Haven don't you die on us promise me" I smile softly at him and put a hand on his cheek. " If I die fighting ,just rember its for you two aND the leaf I will fight ." The room becomes tense "Ji you know as well as I do I can't promise not to die, you know as well as I do if this war doesn't come to end soon I'm destined to die on the field, " Ji grabs my hand holds it tight I feel Ens come and put a hand on my shoulder,."But I will promise I will fight till the very end ,just rember if I am to die we will meet again in the clouds ." A few tears slip out of my eyes I straighten up " I do need you Both to promise me something though if something were to happen to me ." They both look at me with so much sadness andove it hurts. " Please don't scorch the earth to bad okay ? That's no way to live if something were to happen. " they both don't say anything I know they'd both rain hell fire down if something were to happen to me but I do hope you they can mov3 on and live. Ens steps in the way of Kakashi I pull my mask down and give Ji a kiss on the cheek and pulled my mask back up ." Now stop being depressing Ji cheer up Ole man go home and rest those rickety bones of yours. " I laugh softly , " You know as well as I do Ens and I are not to much older than you you old hag " I burst out laughing . I look over to Kakashi " Alright get going go home I ha e work to do aparently. " I shoo them along and head twords the showers.
