"Who are you... And what's your death wish?" Buggy asks in a sinister voice, looking at the man from the top of the tavern.
"I'm Boodle, and I've been mayor of this town since you were pillaging nurseries!" The mayor shouts, his face showing anger. Exactly all that, made the pirates laugh out loud at him.
"BWA HA HA HA HA HA!"
"Does he really think he can beat the Captain!?"
"Cap'n Buggy..." A man approaches Buggy while putting his hand in his mouth.
"What is it, Cabaji?"
"Leave him to me, sir." Cabaji says. And from the inside of his mouth, he pulls out a sword.
"Why, keelhaul me! It's Cabaji the acrobat!"
"Look at 'im go!" The pirates cheer for him, as he jumps high in the air.
"It's been a while, I don't want to get rusty...!"

A really tall man, green shiny hair, tan skin., wearing a long white and blue squared scarf, a long purple-ish cape, no shirt, a baby blue cloth around the waist, white pants and white pointy shoes.
After he jumps high in the air, he ends up standing on the rail that's around the top part of the tavern, on top of a monocycle, holding a sword, with a spinning top in the tip of it, and a knife on the other hand.
"AYE! Go get 'im Cabaji!!!" The pirates cheers get louder.
"Avast, fool! He challenged me! You stay out of this!" Buggy tells him off, completely shutting him down.
"Boo!"
"Arg! We won't be seeing Cabaji's acrobatic show!"
"Boo!"
"Why are you challenging me!? A little old to be making a name for yourself, aren't you?" Buggy points at the Mayor.
"This town is my treasure, and I'm going to protect it!!!"
"Huh? You senile old fool! The only treasure here is for termites! Gold and jewels are treasure! Treasure sparkles and makes its possessor a king!" They all laugh at Buggy's statement, even himself but stops almost immediately. "This dump of yours doesn't sparkle, it rots! Enough of your nonsense!!"
The Mayor grunts. "Shut up, you sea squirt! I don't expect you to understand my feelings for this town!!! Now get down here!" He screams at the top of his lungs.
"Get down there?" Buggy scoffs. "Why should I!?" He throws his hand, going straight for the Mayo's throat.
