CHAPTER 18: THE PIRATE BUGGY THE CLOWN

Cabaji the Acrobat: Defeated.

Roronoa Zoro: Asleep.

Mohji the Beast Tamer: Defeated.

The Mayor: Unconscious.

"Red Hair!? You talkin' about Shanks? You know Shanks!?" Luffy asks Buggy, taking his attention.

"Hmm... You seem real interested... Yes, I know him. What's it to you?" Buggy smirks.

"How do you know him?" Keiko asks suddenly stepping front.

"Where is he now?" Luffy questions him, both bombarding him with questions.

"So you want to know about him, eh?" He looks at the two in front of him. "Well, maybe I know... Then again, maybe I don't..." Buggy laughs.

"What are you talking about? Are you an idiot?" Luffy neutrally asks him, completely confused.

"Watch your tongue, boy!" Buggy shouts at him.

"No, he definitely is an idiot..." Keiko tells Luffy, both looking at Buggy, making him sigh deeply.

"We're mortal enemies! You won't get any information from me without a fight! Not even as a departing gift to hell..." Buggy tells them, smiling.

"Well, I'm willing to beat it out of you..." Luffy grins, getting his arm ready.

"GA HA HA HA! You'll be dead before you get one word out of me!!!" Buggy raises one of his legs, pulling his arm back. "Not even rubber can withstand a razor sharp blade!" Luffy sees the blade on his shoe.

"Maybe so..." Luffy whispers gulping, feeling a little intimidated by the blades.

"Chop-Chop..." Buggy throws the bottom part of his body, circling around with the blade of his shoes ready to slash whatever comes near it. "Buzz-Saw!!!" Luffy easily jumps on top of it.

"Let's see you dodge these..." Buggy throws his knifes at him. "IN MID AIR!!"

"N-No problem!" Luffy stretches his arm to one of the buildings and dodges the knifes, all with a smile.

"HA!! Not bad! This is getting interesting!" Buggy smirks as he sees Luffy easily dodging everything.

"Sure is!" Luffy says once he's back on the floor, Buggy's bottom part returns to him, making his body one. "Gum-Gum..." Luffy stretches his arm back. "PISTOL!!!" He throws a punch to Buggy, him dodging it.

"Interesting power you've got there!" He tells Luffy as he watches his stretched arm. "But your out stretched-arm makes a delicious target!" He swings his knife back, but what he doesn't see is that he grabbed onto one of the buildings behind him. "I'll just sever it!"

"Gum-Gum..."

"Huh!?" Buggy looks at Luffy, who lets his body go, going straight to where Buggy is with his arm ready. "Chop-Chop quick dodge!!!" Buggy yells.

"....HOOK!!" His other arm making it seem as a hook, ready to hit Buggy on the throat, but he detaches his head off of his body just as Luffy gets there.
