"Yeah...that sounds nice, Pat."

Mona eats her food silently, scrolling through her favorite unnamed social media app. She hasn't spoken a word since Patryk brought her back inside the hotel room, and the two right hand men were growing increasingly worried. Paul looks at Patryk before gently tugging on his sleeve. "Should we...do something?" He asks quietly. Patryk looks at Mona again before shaking his head. "I think what she needs now is some space and maybe some sweets. All we can do right now is hope she feels better and wait for Red Leader's call." As Patryk and Paul whisper to each other, Mona sighs. She couldn't help feeling just a little bit guilty for leaving Tord by himself for this mission. If she remembered correctly the hotel that the two right hand men booked for themselves was only a couple of blocks, probably three, away from Edd's house...maybe she'll walk over there some time tomorrow and apologize. Maybe not to Tord completely, but definitely to Edd and the others. Mona finishes eating, thanking Paul for paying. "Really...I could have handled the tab for my things..." Paul quickly shakes his head. "It's okay, Mona. You weren't feeling the best...it's the least I could have done." She smiles as Patryk speaks up. "Here, how about you take one of the beds? Me and Paul can share the other one." Paul nods. "We used to have to share bunks as recruits." Mona giggles and nods. "That sounds nice. Thank you both. I'm going to shower first."

Mona lies in bed, staring blankly at the ceiling. Patryk and Paul were asleep but something was keeping her up (not just the snores from the two men). She sits up, glancing at her charging cell phone. Pursing her lips, Mona grabs it up and steps out onto the balcony of the hotel room. She presses 1, which is the speed dial number for Tord. She puts the phone against her ear, chewing on her lip. "Pick up pick up pick up..." The line soon cuts, going to Tord's voicemail. Mona curses softly, hanging up the phone. "Dammit...maybe I will have to wait until tomorrow..." She sighs. She sends a quick goodnight text to Tord before turning off her phone and walking back inside. Paul is sitting up, frowning. "Are you okay, Mona?" She nods, smiling. "Yes just...saying goodnight to Tord is all. I'm coming to bed." He nods, watching Mona lay back down and snuggle under the blankets. "...Goodnight Mona." "Goodnight Paul."

Patryk is in a bit of a panic as Mona gathers her personal belongings after telling the two she was walking back to Edd's house. "You two don't have to be worried. I'll be okay. I'm just going a couple of blocks down the road." Paul doesn't seem to question Mona but Patryk keeps panicking. "What if something happens to you, Mona? Oh gosh, I wouldn't know what to do with myself!" Mona sighs and gently cups Patryk's cheeks. "Okay mama hen...listen." She smiles. "I'll text you when I get there...deal?" Patryk seems to think before sighing. "...Fine...just please don't forget. I will kill." Mona laughs and pats his cheek. "I promise I won't. See you two later!" She calls as she leaves the hotel room.

Mona hums as she makes her way down the block. "Let's see...27 Dirdum Lane...yeah, I think that was it." She nods to herself, looking around as she walks. Many of these little shops look so cute, but she wasn't here to waste time (nor did she really have the money). She has to make amends with Tord and his friends. Now that she's had time to think about it...maybe her leaving so suddenly was a bit rude. "I just hope they aren't mad at me...I did act a bit brash..." Though, as she approaches Edd's home, there was no time to think like that. Her eyes widen as she sprints beside Edd and Matt. They barely acknowledge Mona's existence as they both crane their heads upward to look at the 80+ foot robot...that Tord was currently piloting. The house was currently littered with bullet holes and Tom was nowhere in sight...maybe he was still gone from when he stormed out the day before.

"Tord! What's going on?!" Edd screams, throwing his hands up in disbelief. Mona is too shocked to speak a word. This is what was so important to Tord?! "Hey Edd! Sorry, I just couldn't leave this behind! Thanks for holding onto it for me!" "But I thought we were...I thought we were friends!" Tord lets out a laugh. "Ha, NO! What would I need friends for when I've got this?! I'm unstoppable!" Tord begins laughing again as Mona's breath begins to pick up. She couldn't believe this is what she was helping Tord do...she was merely a friendly distraction while Tord gathered what he needed to get this giant robot. "HEY! Sunshine Lollipops!" Tord's robot head looks over at the house, where Tom stood. He was holding something...Mona couldn't quite see what it was. "Take a seat!!" Tom throws the object, which inflates into a loveseat. It simply bounces off the robot's chest before Tord growls. "Oh shut UP!!" He shouts as the robot's right arm turns into a rocket launcher. As a missile shoots out, Edd's eyes widen. "Tord, no!" Mona doesn't think: she runs towards the house. "Tom!!!" The missile hits, blowing the house to bits. The impact throws Mona back...and the explosion sends debris flying. Mona cries out as some wood from the house hits her, causing a deep gash to appear over the bridge of her nose. Edd runs to Mona's aid as Matt's eyes widen. "Noooo! My everythings!!!" Mona is crying softly as Edd helps her up. He suddenly stops, gasping. "Tom! No!!" Mona looks up to see someone in blue laying in a crater...blood pooling under them. She only continues to cry more, trying to wipe away the blood that is oozing down her face. Tord seems to hesitate, but doesn't do anything to help his wife-to-be. After all, Patryk and Paul still needed to get back to Oslo. They could just get Mona before they left.

Tord's robot pulls the useless rocket launcher off, a new arm sliding in its place. "Ah, what a sight!" He lets out a small chuckle. "Well, I got what I came for!" The robot begins to take off as Tord keeps talking. "Goodbye Edd! World's not going to take over itself!" Before long, the robot begins to punch and smack itself. "What's wrong with this thing?!" Tord growls. "This is for the house," Matt presses a button and sends another punch to the robot's face. "This is for my friend," Another punch. "And this...IS FOR MY FACE!!!" Matt begins to press buttons wildly, causing the robot to start going haywire. After a moment, Edd clears his throat and gets Matt's attention. "May I join in?" "No, no he may not join in!" "Be my guest!" Matt steps aside to make room for his brunette friend.

As this was going on, Mona pulled out her now cracked phone in a panic. She quickly dials Patryk's number, hands shaking as she puts the call on speaker. "Mona, I thought you said you wouldn't forget to text me! I was about to—" "I-I know and I'm sorry but you have to come quick! Bring Paul with you!" She hears Patryk sit up. "What's going on?" "Oppdraget går dårlig! Tom er død og...og jeg er såret!!" She cries in Norwegian, only to turn as she hears rubble fall. "I! AM NOT! YOUR! FRIEND!!" She hears someone shout. She gasps upon seeing Tom alive...and the large harpoon gun aimed straight at Tord. "Patryk please!! You have to come now!!" The gun is shot and a harpoon cuts clean into the chest of the robot. The robot explodes...and the phone call ends.

Mona is still screaming as Edd quickly scoops her up. "Mona? Mona, are you alright? Shit, you're bleeding a lot..." She rips away from Edd, about to run in the direction of where the debris of the robot fell. This time, Tom grabs her despite the pain shooting through his arm. "Mona! He's dead, don't bother going up there!" Mona begins fighting against Tom, her tears stinging the wound across her face. "He can't be! I-I have to go check! What if he's not dead?!" "No one could have survived an explosion like that—Mona!!" Tom shouts as Mona breaks free of his hold, running toward the hill that the debris rested on. Edd looks at his now destroyed house before looking at his friends. "I...guess we need a new house..." Tom smiles a little, trying to keep the mood light. "Well, actually I did find a place..."

Mona makes it to the top of the hill, panting heavily. "Tord?! Tord!!" She screams, looking over the wreckage of the robot. She hears a pained grunt and sees a large pile of rubble shifting. "Tord!!" Mona quickly begins throwing off pieces of the debris, fresh tears falling down her face. Tord looks up at his savior, his good eye tearing up as he sees it's Mona. "O-Oh god...oh man, it's bad...but it's okay! Patryk and Paul are coming and there's a med kit in the car and—" She looks down at Tord as his uninjured hand gently grabs her wrist. "I'm sorry Mona...I'm so sorry..." He wheezes and Mona smiles sadly. "Hey hey hey, don't apologize. Right now, focus on staying conscious and breathing. Okay? I'll keep an eye out for Patryk." She then sees how the remaining rubble is laying on Tord. "Or...maybe I'll help free your arm and such...it's kinda stuck." Mona begins to pull pieces away until she can get a good hold under Tord's arms. He whimpers in pain and Mona places a gentle kiss on the unharmed side of his head. "Just breathe, okay? They'll be here any minute..." Mona sits in the grass, letting Tord lay on her lap. Blood soaks through her pants but she doesn't care. Right now her fiancé is her main priority.

"Mona?! Oh my god, Mona!!" Patryk screams and she lifts her head. "O-Over here, Pat!" She calls and the two men rush over. "...Is he...?" Mona shakes her head, petting Tord's hair. "No...just weak...Pat, can you patch him up? I don't know if we'll be able to save his arm...I want to look in the wreckage to see if there's anything I can find to replace his arm if need be." Patryk nods and gets to work as Mona stands, sitting Tord's head in Paul's lap. She looks around the robot's head, already knowing what she wants. She hums in triumph as she picks up a nearly intact arm. "Perfect...just needs a little tweaking." She makes her way back to the trio.

"Don't worry Tord...everything will be okay..."
