Y/N's P.O.V
Soon after our late breakfast is finished, I teleport to the hotel from Cherri's workshop, immediately going to look for Niffty. Since she previously told me that she was a good friend of Alastor's, she's probably the first person I can count on to lead me to him. The lobby is buzzing with activity, the front doors wide open as worker demons bring equipment in and out in a constant stream while others work on ladders propped up against the inside of the multi-floor hole. Lucifer is also still here, giving orders to the demons that look to be the managers of the construction crew. But, off to the side, Niffty and Vaggie are sweeping up the debris into a pile and trying their best to put them in garbage bags to eventually be put in the dumpster outside. Deciding to help, I walk over and assist Niffty, feeling like it'll be the perfect opportunity for me to ask for her help.
"Now, since rooms were a part of the damage, be sure to align your materials with them while also keeping the shape of the circle, got it?" Lucifer instructs his mini group, all of them nodding.
"Do you wish for windows to be included where guests could see out and down below, sir?" One of them asks.
"A good idea" The Devil agrees, wagging his finger at the demon that suggested it, "Yes, indeed do that."
"Then we'll get started, Your Majesty" Another says, concluding the small meeting as he and his companions walk away towards their construction equipment.
It's also around this time when Charlie comes down from the stairs, her gazing around at everyone hard at work before walking around the equipment and stopping near her father.
"Wow, this is coming along a lot faster than I thought! You really work fast, Dad!" The Princess exclaims in pleasant surprise.
"Well, what can I say? I have the best workers Hell could ask for" Lucifer smiles, the workers nodding to each other in clear appreciation of his compliment, "Also, I hope you don't mind, Charlotte, but I had an idea about expanding that little pool out back. It just seemed too small for my personal liking and seeing as this hotel has so many rooms, it'll probably need a bigger pool for all the demons that are bound to stay here in the near future, wouldn't you agree?"
"I do, yeah" Charlie nods, before smirking at her father, "But could this also just be that you want an excuse to build a big pool like the one you wanted to at home before Mom said no?"
"Oh, dear, it looks like I've been caught" The Devil pretends to gasp before then returning the same smirk.
Father and daughter then laugh together, making me, Vaggie, and Niffty all smile happily at the display before we gather up what we've collected and begin walking outside to dispose of it. The three of us exit the hotel through the front door and walk around to the left side where the dumpster is located. Vaggie throws hers in first, giving me a tentative smile and nod before walking away, and then I'm next. Once Niffty tosses her garbage in the can, though, I gently touch her shoulder to indicate that I wish to speak to her, the little cyclops turning my direction.
"Niffty, I need your help" I say to her.
"Of course, Y/N" My second girlfriend smiles happily, glad that I'm asking her, "What is it you need?"
"I'd like to see Alastor. Do you know where he is?" I ask plain and simple.
Niffty's smile drops, probably expecting me to ask her something more light-hearted instead of that.
"Um..yes, I know where he's at" She confirms, nodding her head before glancing at me curiously, "I can also take you to him, but am I allowed to ask why?"
"Well, aside from merely looking to speak with him, I hope to gain his help in taking down Vox. Since they're rivals, I'm sure Alastor would be more inclined to aid our cause if he knows just who we're targeting" I tell her.
