Y/N's P.O.V

"Charlotte Magne, my one and only daughter and heir to the throne of Hell" Lucifer says, him, Lilith, and I standing in front of a medium-sized portrait of a young lady above the fireplace in the mansion library.

It's now midday. The extermination has ended, even though Lucifer himself remarked that they typically last all day. But I guess that those angels retreated early after I killed not only the one inside Valentino's studio and the one I slammed to the ground outside the studio, but the other 7 angels that surrounded me as well. Apparently the 666 News crews that caught me in the act of murdering that 2nd exterminator didn't bother to stick around, so the total body count will probably remain relatively unknown for now. At least until they find the bodies and connect the dots from there.

After Lilith and I had sex and cuddled for a good long while, I called Cherri and Angel to let them know I was alright. Cherri especially was happy to hear that I was alright and it was actually touching to hear that she was worried about me. But both her and Angel had already seen the news and were ecstatic about seeing me kill those exterminators. They really wanted to know what happened and I chuckled and told them that I would come over later to tell them everything that had occurred at the studio. Once I hung up, though, I began wondering how Angel would take the news that his own father is the one leading the search for him. It may not go well, but he needs to know whether it's good news or not.

But then came the favor from Lilith and Lucifer. While we were in bed together, Lilith gave me a basic rundown of what she and her husband are asking of me. The both of them want me to pay their daughter a visit, seeing as they haven't done it themselves in a while, and also stay with her for a little while to protect her and ensure that she doesn't get hurt in the ongoing feud between Cherri and Valentino, given that it's been particularly destructive. I said yes, of course, and Lilith and I got dressed, coming downstairs to look for Lucifer. We found him gazing up at a portrait of his daughter in the library, Lilith and I walking up and standing beside him. The Devil remained silent for a moment but then began speaking, which is where I'm at now.

"She really is my little angel" Lucifer smiles warmly, "And there isn't anything I wouldn't do to keep her safe. Which is why I'm putting more trust in you than I usually do for other lower class demons, Y/N".

"I don't intend to disappoint you, Your Majesty" I reply firmly, my arms crossed with no signs of hesitation or vulnerability.

"Good, I would certainly hope not" He nods, keeping his attention on the portrait.

"If I may ask, though, Your Majesty, where exactly is she?" I politely ask, seeing it as part of my new responsibility.

"She stays in a hotel on the far west side of Pentagram City. Don't worry, you'll recognize it with the limo parked out front" Lucifer answers.

"And while you're there, Y/N, she may try to get you interested and/or involved in her redemption project" Lilith adds, glancing in my direction.

"Huh?" I frown in confusion.

"Charlotte can tell you more about it herself when you get there, but it's been a passion of hers for a while now" Lucifer says, his eyes developing a small hint of melancholy, "And though she probably thinks that I don't believe in her, I really do. I merely don't want her relying on me for validation and to have the strength and confidence to go forward with her dreams and ideas on her own".

Lucifer's gaze has now dropped, his eyes pointed at the ground. Even I can feel the sense from him that he's holding back letting some tears loose, but Lilith silently holds his hand with both of hers. She shares a look with me, one that tells me that this is a touchy subject for him, and I think it's time I see myself out. Leaving the two of them standing there, I turn around and quietly exit the library, walking back into the main foyer. I'm excited to meet the Princess, but before I go, I want to tell Davis, seeing as he misses her quite a lot. Luckily, Davis is standing by the front door, making it easy for me. I simply walk up to him and he sees me.
