I looked at the girl she saw Serah and gave her a smile and pulled her closer and they began to dance together I nodded with my good work and headed for the bar. As I made my way to the bar a few people came up to me and welcomed me back I had become quite popular among the women here mainly because I had slept with most of them. I may not have seen most of them since but I never forget a face that I spend the night with and so far it has gained me nothing but friends and the occasional booty call.

"So what'll you have," Nick said as I took a seat.

"My regular," I said.

"Comin up," Nick said.

"You see any interesting characters tonight," I said.

"Other than jess and Emma no" Nick said.

"You mean they're here they here together," I said.

"Sure looks that way," Nick said as he handed me my drink.

"The ever-observant eyes of a barman," I said.

"We see what those who are too close don't, call it a birds-eye view," Nick said.

I left the bar after a few drinks and headed to the dance floor a lot of the girls seemed to like me I was dancing and kissing a new girl every 25 minutes it was fun. I was kissing with a redhead and when I broke away I saw that Serah was on a sofa in the corner and was in a full-on make-out session with the girl from earlier. I gave the redhead a kiss on the cheek and left the dance floor for a bit I needed some air so I headed out and told Jayson I would be back in a bit I then went to rest by the wall. It was dark out it must have been around midnight I decided to cut loose so I took out my pack of cigarettes and lit one after three minutes I looked to the side and froze it was Scarlette.

I must have been starting because she saw me and came up to me as she came up to me I saw what she was wearing and it was making me weak in the knees it was not cute or beautiful it was full-on erotic. I had to get my thoughts together before she got to me so I lightly bit my tongue it was a little painful but it took my mind off just how good Scarlette looked for a moment.

"Hey Scarlette," I said as I took a drag.

"You smoke mind if I can get one" Scarlette said.

"Sure," I said raising my pack to her.

"Thanks" Scarlette as she took one.

"Need a light," I said holding up my lighter.

"Sure thanks," Scarlette said.

"You weren't at school for two days you feeling okay," I said as we stood and smoked.

"Yeah, I just had a family matter to deal with," Scarlette said.

"You got a wife I don't know about," I said hoping I was wrong.

"No nothing like that just my parents were in town and we're not on the best of terms," Scarlette said with a chuckle.

"Why is that," I said.

"They're not okay with the whole me liking girls thing," Scarlette said.

"Sorry that must be hard," I said.

"You have the same problem," Scarlette said.

"No, but I can only imagine what it must have been like growing up in that kind of a house," I said.

"What are you doing out here by the way it can't be just to have a smoke," Scarlette said.

"Took a girl to a nightclub she needed to find a new and better girl to obsess over," I said pointing my thumb to the club.

"You come here often," Scarlette said.

"Not as often as I used to," I said.

"So are you in a relationship," Scarlette said.

"Sadly no and the one that I want may not see me in the same way," I said.

"Why is that" Scarlette said.

"Because of our age difference," I said.

"Well old is she," Scarlette said.

"Not sure never really asked," I said.

"How old does she look," Scarlette said.

"25 I think," I said.

"And you are," Scarlette said.

"17 soon to be 18," I said.

"Well that's not too much of a gap," Scarlette said.

"Yeah but who's to say she will say yes at that age," I said.

"You never know I mean I am 25 and if it was me there is a high possibility I would say yes," Scarlette said.

My heart must have skipped a beat I almost choked on my cigarette I decided to go for it moved closer to her till I was in front and looked up at her I grabbed her jacket by the collar and pulled closer crashing her lips into mine. The kiss lasted longer than I had expected mainly because Scarlette didn't push me off but still she didn't kiss back and when I pulled away I looked at her. I said sorry and looked down I was about cry and walked back into the club to wait until Serah needed to leave but then Scarlette pulled me back kissed me and I kissed back. I soon wrapped my arms around her and held her close after pulling apart she still didn't let go and had one hand on my back and the other on my head as she was taller than me.

"Here," Scarlette said handing my piece of paper.

"What is it," I asked.

"My number," Scarlette said as she gave me a wink and said goodnight before leaving.

"There you are" I heard Serah call from behind me.

"Oh hey you ready to go," I said.

"Yeah," Sehra said a little sad.

"Did it not go well with the girl I saw you kissing?" I said.

"Oh no it did but she is leaving now as well," Serah said as I saw the girl go and they waved.

"Tell me you at least got her number," I said.

"This isn't my first time picking someone up at a club just the first time it was another girl," Serah said.

"Right I'll go grab Nick you wait by the car," I said.

I walked back into the club and as I did I saved Scarlette's number and sent her a text saying that she is a good kisser and then went to the bar to find Nick and he smiled. I told Nick to finish up and drive us home and he nodded and then ten minutes later we walked out and got into his car and he drove us home my house was first and I got out and gave Nick a fist bump and a wave to Serah. As I got to my front door I got a text from Scarlette saying that I was better than she was I smiled at the text and then when I got to my bed I went to sleep with a smile.
