Hoseok helped changkyun up to his feet and patted his hair down changkyun could feel the intense stare jooheon was giving them both. He turned to the side and was met with a view of jooheon holding hands with his girlfriend and mingi, what a perfect little family thought changkyun he didn't realize how much it would hurt seeing his ex boyfriend with someone other than him because that was suppose to be their future that was suppose to be jooheon and him with their kids but it would never happen
"Teacher Lim!" Pulling changkyun out of his thoughts it was a good thing too because he was at the point of tears, mingi had ran up to give a hug. "Hi little one!" He smiled leaning down to the child height patting his head
Hoseok couldn't help but just stare and smile in awe at the interaction but he also noticed the hint of sadness in his eyes. "Oh! so you're my son teacher he always talks about you, I'm sunni his mother" Hyunwoo and kihyun walked closer to them after watching everything from a distance. "Hyunwoo, you're here too!" Sunni smiled waved at kihyun then realized she had already meet kihyun and changkyun.
"Wait we've met before haven't we?"Changkyun nodded and she laughed, all while jooheon kept his stare at the younger "What a small world isn't it jooheon" changkyun proceeded to stare at his feet "Oh you have no idea" Said kihyun trying not to laugh, jooheon stepped closer to the younger. "Is this your boyfriend?"
Jooheon pointed at hoseok with a grimace look on his face, no way was he going to let changkyun be with anyone else but him is it selfish of course but he didn't care. Changkyun will always be jooheon's and that's how it will always be. Changkyun felt so uncomfortable at the whole damn interaction he just wanted to go home and crawl under the covers.
"Teacher lim has boyfriend!" Mingi clapped and Hoseok giggled at the kid he wouldn't mind calling changkyun his boyfriend someday, dude chill you just met the guy thought hoseok then shook the thoughts away. "T-This is hosoek, we just met" Hoseok stepped closer to changkyun and reached his hand out only to be ignored by jooheon "Is he your boyfriend?"
"No I'm not his boyfriend...yet" Hoseok decided to step in seeing how tense Changkyun looked he then turned to give the smaller a wink, changkyun didn't even know what was going on at this point. "Jooheon do you know him?" Sunni stared confused at her boyfriend she didn't understand why her boyfriend looked so upset
"Oh j-just Old college friends" Changkyun quickly answered trying not to create any drama with the mother of one his student, jooheon just scoffed. "Well this was pleasant, but we should all get going, it was good seeing you all" Hyunwoo intervened and grabbed both Hoseok and changkyun walking away "Bye teacher!" mingi yelled and changkyun waved back keeping his smile on the boy who didn't know what was happening.
They walked a couple blocks making sure they were far from jooheon when kihyun pulled changkyun to the side "You okay?" Changkyun nodded, hoseok kept wondering what the hell was all that about but he wasn't going to ask not yet atlest. "I'm f-fine I'm going on a walk to clear my mind" he smiled holding back his tears he couldn't cry not right now not infront of them.
"Are you sure I can walk you home?" Said hosoek with a worried look on his face "No don't worry I'll be okay you all enjoy the rest of your night" he slightly bowed and walked away. He made sure he was far enough to let his tears slip out once again he was crying because of jooheon "Maybe you weren't the one for me but I really wish we could of been" he said staring at the moon feeling even more broken.
