Amazingly, after what felt like five seconds, Y/n woke up back in the lair lying on the couch surrounded by her friends. As soon as she shot up from the pillow, she could feel her entire body aching. She gasped. "Ow!" She exclaimed. "(Words of choice)."

"Oh, Y/n!" (Turtle Name) said aloud, embracing her in a hug. Right away, the other brothers were swarming her, joining the hug, and happy to see she was in good health. After that entire battle with Krang, Y/n lost consciousness, and the brothers and Splinter were severely injured. Thankfully, they treated her in whatever way they could and waited patiently for her body to heal after an entire day.

The mutants in the lair collaborated together to check that she didn't have any open wounds, that her limbs weren't broken, and that her temperature wasn't too high. When they saw the incredible show she put on to rescue the planet, they were astounded at what she could do with her mysterious abilities. "Guys, that hurts a little!" She groaned, feeling them release from her, and smiled widely at her picture of health.

"We thought you were dead!" Mikey chirped at her.

"No, we didn't!" Raph nudged him. "You thought that."

"Well," Leo said. "You were close to it."

"Really?" Y/n said, looking down at her hands and legs, making sure this wasn't a dream. She even pinched the back of her hand and felt its sting. She is definitely here in the lair. "What happened?"

Donatello explained briefly. "You helped us fight Krang! Your powers were immaculate!"

"Yeah!" Mikey squeaked. "You were literally like the Last Airbender!!"

Hearing this made Y/n smile at them. She is thankful to be alive and able to see her mutant friends again. "Wow," She mumbled. "So, we saved the city? The world?"

"We did." Leonardo set a hand on her.

"What happens now?" She asked them.

"Well," Donnie said to her. "The Chief of Police would like to recognize us in a few days for doing our part."

Y/n felt honored to know that from the Police Chief. As she sat on the couch to retain the new information that the world had been saved and she and the Brothers wanted to be recognized, she still had questions about her new abilities. How did they even occur?  Why does she have these powers? (Question of your choice)?

Right now, it doesn't matter. She's still drawing breath and she is thankfully doing so alongside her friends. As soon as she was feeling herself again, she got herself something to eat to regain her strength and sat on the couch in the lair's living room.

While she munched on (favorite food) with a cup of (favorite drink), she switched on the television to hear what has been happening up on the surface. The first face to pop up on screen was April O'Neil. Y/n is glad to see she is doing okay and there wasn't a single scratch on her. Y/n listened to the latest report on last week's alien events.

"Escape convicts, Bebop and Rocksteady are now in police custody while Dr Baxter Stockman remains at large. Authorities assure us that the city is once again safe however questions remain about last week's events. What was that threat from the sky and how exactly was it averted? But the bigger question is; does it even matter? Do we need to give our heroes a name and a face or is it enough to know that they're out there watching over us from the shadows?" April reported.

"Awesome..." Said Y/n, sipping on her drink. Then, she realized something. "The hell? I was unconscious for that long?" Y/n asked herself. At least she is here after a long battle. Now that she relaxed a little more on the couch with her friends, her shoulders were aching and her spine acted as if it were going to peel from her skin. But she took this time to take in this new life, a human with elemental abilities. She might even consider herself a mutant.
