Narrator-
"Did you miss me?" His voice said casually.
Cara drew in a breath and opened her eyes, but her vision was blocked by a satin cloth. Her body was seated on a wooden chair, with her hands bound behind her back. Her ankles were each bound to a leg chair, away from each other, causing her thighs to spread apart and her body to be exposed to the cool wind which blew over her sensitive skin.
Cara gulped. She did miss him, his voice, his touch, his lips...
"Well did you?" He said, then his hands landed on her shoulders.
Cara gulped, the lining of her spine tingling with goosebumps.
His hand palmed its way over her shoulder, then the border of her neck, until he caressed the length of her vocal cord. Cara gulped again, she licked her lips and released a shuddering breath.
His thumb traced her bottom lip, and he lowered his mouth to her left ear. He kissed the skin of her outer ear, then bit the tip of her lobe. Cara hissed in a breath and curled her toes at the pain.
"I don't like stubborn girls." He explained, then his hand closed around her neck.
Cara drew in a sharp breath and opened her eyes. She was lying in bed, tangled in between the sheets on her mattress. She turned her neck and noticed the digital clock on her nightstand. It was Friday evening, half past six. Cara gulped and rubbed her eyes before placing a palm on her forehead.
Ever since Jason's departure, she'd been dreaming of his return and her mind did not relent on trying to play out the many ways Jason could choose to keep his word. He had promised to deal with her upon his return, and Jason would be arriving to the mansion soon.
Unable to shake off her nerves, Cara decided to get out of bed. The sun was already setting, and not having much of an agenda but to wait on Jason's return, Cara headed to her closet. She chose a simple, casual yellow evening dress which ended just below the knee, with a thigh high split and plunging neckline.
Cara managed another successful curl out in her hair. She showered and applied a thin layer of powder to her skin. She slipped on her dress, with yellow heels to match. She spritzed on her favorite perfume and moisturized the skin of her shaved legs with lotion. Cara decided on keeping her body jewelry free, and with one last look in the mirror, Cara decided to head downstairs to have her dinner.
While making her way down the stairs however, she noticed Marcell standing at the ready, and just as she suspected, he opened the door and in walked Jason with his briefcase and Jacket. As soon as he entered the mansion, his eyes landed on Cara. He squinted his gaze just slightly but made no other sign that he was interested in seeing her. Jason handed Marcell his suit jacket, then he headed for his office.
Cara frowned at Jason's actions but said nothing. She focused on her initial goal of heading to dinner. Cara entered the dining room and was pleased to find her plate on the table. Cara sat and enjoyed her dinner, though she was anxiously waiting for Jason to summon her, and yet he did no such thing. Once Cara was done with her meal, she wasn't sure how to proceed.
Should she go see him?
Cara shook her head. Of course not. If he wanted to see her, he would've asked.
When the clock struck half past eight, Cara was officially over her lonely evening. It had begun raining, and even with her afternoon nap, her body craved rest. So she left the dining room and returned to her bedroom feeling slightly dejected. So Jason was back to giving her the cold shoulder. Cara refused to handle it.
