Everyone was happily enjoying the BBQ. Y/n was eating when Hyunjin suddenly walked off to nowhere. She put down her food and stood up. ''Where are you going? Are you allowed to walk?'' Chaewon asked. ''I'll be back in a minute. Don't eat all the food.'' Y/n said as she walked off.

Hyunjin had hoped she would come but since he knew she wasn't supposed to walk so he didn't go too far away. He sat on a bench that was there. He stared at the lake in front of him. Y/n sat down next to him. "Why did you walk off? We're there too many people?" she asked him. "No. I just wanted to be alone with you." he said and looked straight into her eyes.

Her heart started to beat faster. His heart was already beating fast. He was nervous and also slightly embarrassed he had said that.

"Wow. So romantic. Now spill the tea." Y/n replied. She ruined to romantic atmosphere on purpose. "There's nothing." he said. Then it was quiet for some time. "How's your ankle?" he asked. "Honestly, it's not as bad as seems. Walking isn't pleasant but it's bearable pain." she said.

Hyunjin wanted to talk about that moment. They had almost kissed if it weren't for that person. He had cursed him multiple times already. However he didn't say anything about it. There was a reason she had pushed herself off of him. There was a reason they pretended it didn't happen. He was afraid that something would be ruined if they talked about it now so he didn't talk about it.

After a bit of small talk, they went back to the BBQ. Not long after, they were supposed to go back to their cabins as they were leaving early in the morning.

THE NEXT MORNING

Y/n was already in tbe bus. Waiting for her friend to come and sit next to her. She saw Chaewon come into the bus and waved at her. But right behind her was Hyunjin. He noticed Y/n and gently pushed Chaewon to the side. He sat down next to her, stealing Chaewon's seat. Chaewon just rolled her eyes and went to sit beside a classmate, taking the seat across from Hyunjin. "I'm watching you." she said in a cold tone of voice.

Y/n sat by the window, looking outside when she suddenly felt the chills. She thought it would be enough to wear just  a t-shirt but she was wrong. "Are you cold?" Hyunjin asked as he noticed her shivering in the corner of his eye. She simply nodded, not looking away from the outside world. Hyunjin leaned forward so he could take his hoodie off. He took it off and gave it to her.

"Won't you be cold?" she asked not sure if it was okay to put it on. "No. Your love warms me up enough." he joked making her scoff at the joke. She thanked him and put his hoodie on. It was too big for her but it was very comfortable.

After awhile she started to get tired so without thinking too much about her actions, she laid her head against on Hyunjin's shoulder, making him instantly freeze in place. He was back to normal after thinking about the situation for a minute. He put his head on top of hers. He gently grabbed her hand and entangled their fingers, letting it rest on his thigh.

The bus stopped and Hyunjin woke up. He lifted his head and poked Y/n's cheek with his free hand, not wanting to let go of her hand just yet. She opened her eyes and lifted her head to look at him with sleepy eyes. "We're here." he said and smiled at her.

He let go of her hand as he stood up, letting the cold air embrace his hand. He grabbed his bag from above as well as hers. He gave it to her and let her pass so she could get out of the bus before quickly following her. They waited outside for the teacher to tell them they were free to go. "Go on rascals, there's nothing more to do." one of the teachers said.

Hyunjin looked at Y/n. She looked cute in his hoodie. She looked so small. She noticed him observing her. She was about to take it off but he stopped her. "Keep it on. It's not that warm yet." he said. She nodded. "I'll give it back after washing it." she said. He just nodded.  "I'll text you later." she said as she waved. He nodded and waved back, watching her walk off with Chaewon.
