Always Forever ~ (Eddie Munson X Y/N)

Graduation.

Tomorrow was graduation. And the senior prom, you and Eddie were both nervous wrecks. But you both knew you wouldn't be alone, so that sortve helped things. You woke up and started to get ready for the day, you decided to wear a black sundress with white roses all over it today along with some of your favorite jewelry. You decided no makeup today, and you headed downstairs to eat some breakfast.
You finished breakfast and started to walk to school. Recently you had been walking because the mornings were calming and it was good to get some exercise.
You got to school and went to your first class bumping into robin on the way.
"Hey! You excited to GRADUATE!?" Robin asked excitedly throwing an arm around your shoulder.
"It's gonna be awesome to graduate but I'm still nervous for like, no reason" you replied.
"Oh my gosh you'll do FINE!" Robin said and you both went to your classes.
Lunch rolled around and you went to out your things back when you found a note in your locker. It read
"Meet me behind the school at the picnic table. -EM xoxo"
Immediately you knew the handwriting and the initials confirmed it was Eddie. You smiled happily and head over to the table. Getting there you saw Eddie and his eyes immediately lit up once he saw you.
"Hi handsome, what did you need me here for?" You said as you walked around the table to Eddie.
"This" he said and he pulled you into a kiss, he wouldn't stop kissing you and in between kisses you were trying to figure out what was going on.
"Edd- what are yo-" you mumbled laughing and Eddie laughed a little aswell. He finally pulled away and looked you in the eyes.
"I missed you" he said and he gave you one last kiss.
"Oh my gosh your adorable" you said laughing. You and Eddie then began eating lunch together, you just shared with him and you both talked about graduation through out it all.
Eventually you finished eating and went to your next class together.
School ended and you walked out and started to head back home when Eddie's van pulled up beside you.
"GET IN!" Eddie yelled over his music and you ran in laughing.
"Where are we going?" You questioned Eddie and he just motioned zipping his lips shut.
You rolled your eyes playfully and turned on some music.
"Shut your eyes I don't want you to know where we're going yet" Eddie said.
"ugh fine then" you replied sarcastically and you shut your eyes. Eventually the car began to slow down and you kept your eyes shut.
Eddie then started to lead you somewhere, keeping your eyes shut for you and finally he stopped.
"Viola" he said and you opened your eyes, seeing an adorable picnic set up on the shore of Lovers Lake.
"Oh. My. Gosh." You said and you immediately turned and gave Eddie a kiss on the lips. He laughed a little bit with a huge smile plastered on his face and took your hand leading you to the picnic.
Eddie had made pb&j's with pop tarts, and bottles of orange juice to drink.
"This is just like a cheesy romance movie" you said beginning to eat your food.
"That's what I was going for" Eddie replied and you both laughed a bit. You were both eating your sandwiches and eventually you both finished. While you were sitting in Eddie's lap admiring the scenery with him, he motioned you off and started to take something from one of his jacket pockets.
"Y/n, you are my favorite person in this whole world, my best friend, my soulmate, my sun in this world." Eddie said staring into your eyes. He then pulled out a small ring, with a (your favorite crystal that is not a diamond) on it.
"Will you promise to stay by my side and one day marry me?" He said with glassy eyes. You started to tear up out of happiness and immediately a bright smile shone on both of your faces. You kissed Eddie and said
"I promise"
~ Skip to graduation ~
It was time to get ready for graduation, the school recommended just bringing your prom dress separate and change after graduation so you did that. You got your ugly graduation gown on and put your dress in its hanger bag thingy. You heard Eddie's van pull up so you headed out side and got in the passenger seat. You set your dress in the back and Eddie started to drive to the school.
"Nervous?" You asked Eddie.
"Very" he replied and you both laughed a little bit.
"Still gonna flip the bird to higgins?" You questioned.
"Hopefully" he replied and you both chuckled softly.
Eddie got to the school, and you guys walked in. You guys agreed to just leave your prom outfits in the van and you'd get them later.
It was almost time for you guys to walk up on stage, you were holding hands and both of you were bouncing your legs.
"Okay next we have Y/N Byers!" Principle Higgins said. You turned to Eddie and he gave you a reassuring smile. You both nodded your heads and you walked up on stage. You stood next to Higgins and he gave you your diploma, you shook his hand and walked on to the other side of the stage. You were releived  because you had so many different irrational fears of random shit that could've happened when you graduated.
"Next is Eddie Munson!" Higgins said. Eddie walked on stage, calmly took his diploma from Higgins, and as Higgins held his hand out to shake Eddie's hand, Eddie flipped him the bird and ran your way. Principle Higgins was shocked, and his face was red from what happened. Stifled laughs came from the audience and Eddie lead you out to his van.
"HOLY SHIT YOU ACTUALLY DID IT!" You exclaimed while laughing.
"HOLY SHIT I ACTUALLY DID IT!" Eddie said histerically laughing along with you.
You and Eddie got dressed in your prom outfits, Eddie had on a black dress shirt with a red tie and some black non-ripped jeans while you had a completely black dress with a deep red belt around the waist. You and Eddie were outside of the van admiring eachother for a little bit because you both looked incredible.
Eventually the time rolled around for prom to actually begin so you and Eddie began to walk inside.
