After a few hours at the hospital, I got lucky and only had a small cut and the fluids helped push the drugs out of my system. "Hello Detective." "Dr. Charles." I smile seeing a friendly face. I was back at work in a few days I was with Jay at Chicago Med two girl ran past us and an explosion knocked us to the ground. Jay and I found the girls laying unconcise and rushed them into the hospital. Jay went back outside while I stayed to help. I watched as a firefirghter colapssed into me. I laid her down and called for help as I ripped her jacket off to find that she was bleeding from a wound. Atwater picked her up and laid her in a room with a doctor fallowing behind us. "Voight wants you." Kim tells me and I headed to the room everyone was in. I entered and got a few stairs. "You do relise your covered in blood?" Voight asks. "It's not mine." I tell him. As I was doing interveiws I hear my name I turned to find Dr. Charles. "I be back in a mintute." I tell Jay who nods. "Are you alright?" I ask my physiologist. "Thankful." He tells me. "We'll find who did this." I tell him. "I know." He tells me. "Was there anything that you saw?" I ask him. "No I was in my office at the time." He tells me. "Thanks." I head back over to Jay. "I'm going to go find Burgess." I tell Jay then left again. "Kim." I ran up to hug her. "Any news?" I ask and she just hugs me and cries as I rub her head. "Do you have a daughter named Summer?" He asks. "Yes, why?" "Well she was here with a babysitter" He tells me. "What?" I almost yell. "Where is she." "Summer is fine at the moment but Miss White isn't doing well." He tells me. "Where is my kid?" I ask him again and he showed me the way I noticed Jay fallowing not far behind. "Mom." Summer yells as I entered the room. "Are you ok?" I ask her looking her over even after the doctors did already." "Yeah, just a headach." She tells me. "What were you doing here?" I ask her. "Melody wanted to go out so we came to the charity race." She tells me. I looked over and noticed her busied arm. "The results came back Summer has a hairline fractur." The doctor tells me. "I'll have someone come up to cast it soon." "Hey kid." Jay speaks up. "Uncle Jay." She smiles. "I'll gald your alright." He tells her. "Did you guys find out who did it yet?" She asks. "Not yet." Jay tells her. "I just heard, she doing ok?" Voight asks from the doorway. "Just a fractur." I tell him. "Jay we need you." Voight tells him and he nods. "Hey send Burgess back here she dosent' need to sit out there alone." I tell them and Voight nods. Kim entered a few mintunse later as well as a doctor to cast Summers arm. "Mom. I heard you were working with K9s again." Summer says. "Yeah." I nod. I heard a scream and looked up to see a guy holding a knife to Erin's throat. "Stay." I tell Kim and pulled the curton so Summer won't see anything and pulled my gun then noticed the team. Two firefighters helped us take him down once Erin was out of the way I jumped on the guy to hold him down and grabbed my cuffs. "Voight let me help my kid was hurt and I full like punching somthing." I tell him. "Ok." He says and we drug the guy off. "Voight." We hear the FBI guy that I didn't catch the name of. "We got him." I tell Voight as Alvin and I push the guy into a room. I grabbed a chair and pushed the guy down onto it." "My shoulder is broken." He tells me. Vaughn tells me and I slap him. "Now let me tell you what we need. We need to know about 8:30pm." I tell him. "Once I get medical treatment." Vaughn says and I pushed down hard on his broken nose and he screamed in pain. After we got what we needed I took him back up to the ER to see a doctor. After cleaning up I went back to Summer's side who had a blue cast on. "She said she wanted it blue since it's the color for the cops." Kim tells me. "She's been discharged." The doctor tells me. "Thanks." I tell him. "Hey how about we all go meet a friend of mine." I tell them. "Actually I was going to go see my niece." Kim tells me. "Aright." I give her a sad smile and start walking Summer up to Dr. Charles office. "Ava, twice in one day." He says as we enter. "Well I thought it was time you meet my daughter." I tell him. "Sure I'm free."
