*Ciel's POV*

We continued to give chase after the fleeing ghosts as I continued to give orders to Grim so we can give the ghost a taste of their own medicine. As we were running, I felt my chest begin to hurt again but I pushed it to the back of my mind for now. I need to focus and help Grim out with his aim after all.

"Myaaah!" Grim released more flames at the ghosts

"Hwaaahhh! We gotta get out of here! Before we get disappeared for good!" The ghosts shriek

Next thing we both know it, they vanished out of our sights to get away from us or else they will be done for. Both me and Grim were panting after we made sure that they were gone, after all they could come back and attack us. I watch as Grim pants from using his magic so many times, guess he's not use to using magic for so long. I was grateful that I didn't kick him out, he was a lot of help against those ghosts. Maybe I should give him some slack and let him stay for a while, until I go home that is... Or maybe I could take him with me if he can't enroll here?

"H-huh? Did we... win?" Grim asked as I nod

"Thanks for your help."

'Who knows what would've happened if he wasn't here...' I shudder at the thought before shaking my head

'Now's not the time to be thinking dark thoughts, Ciel.'

"Aw, geez, I was scared outta my-" He cuts himself off to avoid showing that he was scared

"I mean, they didn't faze me one bit! "Just a walk in the park for a mage of my caliber! Whaddaya got to say now, ghosties? That's right!" I rolled my eyes at his word

"Sure you weren't faze, also don't taunt them they might come back." I stated as I heard footsteps behind us.

I turned to see that it was Crowley holding a plate of food, most likely from dinner that the other students had, which is for me to eat. I saw that it looked to be cold but considering he probably had to wait till after dinner, I couldn't complain. Even though my heart is telling me that someone like me shouldn't eat it. But I didn't mind since I was getting hungry and it's better than eating nothing at all. I'm glad that I wasn't gonna have to starve while being here, Crowley may not make the best choices at time and can be weird, but he does care about others.

"Good evening. In another gesture of my immense kindness, I have brought you dinner." Crowley said with a smile on his face

"Oh! Thank you, Crowley!" I said with a smile

He then looked to my side to see that Grim was standing besides me, he just blinked for a few minutes before jumping back in shock. Just like how I reacted when Grim was right in front of me earlier. But guess it's also because he thought that Grim was kicked off of campus and was long gone.

"Wait. That's the creature we ejected for causing trouble at orientation! What is it doing here?!" Crowley demanded but it was more towards Grim than me based on how he didn't look at me when he was saying that.

"Takin' care of yer ghost problem, that's what. You're welcome, by the way!" Grim said

"What is the meaning of this, Ciel?" He asked as he looked at me

"Well, I was looking around for something to do like you had suggested when it started to rain. Before the rain I did find a switch that turned on the lights in the lounge by the way. While I listened to the sound of the rain, I heard Grim and saw that he was in the dorms with me. Then holes began to form so I went to look for buckets after having a little argument with Grim. As I was searching, these three ghosts appeared and tried to make me and Grim, who came to check what was going on, into ghosts. Me and Grim worked together to stop them." I explained to him while trying to keep it short but still able for someone to get the picture.
