Chap 11 His Doubts

Adhya POV

It's been 12 hours since he left. I don't know where is he. He hasn't eaten anything. My heart is drowning in worry. Where are you Advitya. Please comeback. I prayed silently. Right now i am feeding Aaru his food. My baby is hungry. He cried a lot. The moment he woke up, he cried again. I put ointment on his face.

"Aaru take one more morsel". I said.

"No maa. I am full". He said with a shaky voice.

"Please baby. Complete the food in your plate. It's wrong to leave food like this". I said

He nodded and ate his food

I smiled at him and kissed his cheek.

"You are the best baby"! I said.

"Papa doesn't think i am best". He said sadly
My heart clenched on his words.

"Why you said so! Papa loves you Aaru". I said.

"But he said he don't like me. Is it because i can't walk?. He is ashamed of me, if i could walk he would love me". He cried

I immediately came to his side. And lifted him from his chair. I placed him on my lap. And kissed his both cheeks.

"Don't say such things Aaru. Your Papa.. he.. he .. is not well. Papa was injured. Papa was all alone for 3 years. He was in pain Aaru. Now when he came back, he was confused after seeing you.
He thought you were not there with me earlier then how come you are with me now. Aaru, baby, papa needs us. He will be fine. Will you help me in that"? I tried to comfort Aaru.

"I didn't know papa is not well Mumma. I want papa to be fine. I love him. He is so handsome like a superhero". He smiled widely,
Forgetting all his pain.

My heart cries on his innocence. Advitya don't hurt my child.

I took a deep breath.

"Aaru now listen carefully. Baby i want you to shift to Jaideep uncle's house for few days. Will you do this for mumma and papa."? I asked

I don't want any harm and heartbreak for my baby. He already has beared so much.

"But papa... He was angly".. he said.

"Yaa. But papa need to calm down Aaru. Then every thing will be fine". i said...

"Okay mumma". I kissed him.. My understanding child.

Then I hear the opening of door.

I heard the footsteps of the person i know he is back. I thank my almighty.

When he appear infront of me, i saw him in dishelved state. His hair were messy and shirt has creases
He was in sweat.

I followed his gaze as i saw him, he is staring at Aaru who is clinging to me. He is still on my lap. And has hugged me affectionately.

Aaru looked back , he smiled at Advitya but his smile instantly vanished when he looked angry Advitya. Aaru hid his face on my chest. I caressed his back.

Advitya went upstairs towards our bedroom.

"Aaru, Baby it's sleeping time. Lets go to your room". I lifted him and placed him on his bed.

I caressed his head , "close your eyes". I whisper in his ears. He closed his eyes. "Sleep Baby". I muttered.

He then sleep in few minutes. I kissed his cheek and switched off the light.

I closed his door. And went to the kitchen to get some food on plate. Advitya must be hungry. What if refused to eat. My mind asked. Whatever will be the consequences i will face, with that i walked to our bedroom.
