"So... You want to propose Tee"? Tae straightened his back at the table. He was invited with Tee on a very very formal lunch with Tee's parents.

He saw them, epitome of beauty and grace but decorated with arrogance. They were kind of cold, ice tones. Their eyes had no warmth, not even as a friend to Tee.

Tee had actually talked to his parents 3 days prior to the invitation to introduce Tae to them. But this was certainly not how he wanted it to be. He wanted his parents to be atleast a little warm, affectionate may be.

He genuinely felt bad for Tae to listen to his parents. He saw how Tae stopped eating the food while his parents were trying to be oblivious.

"Do i need to repeat my question"? Tae took a deep breath at the rude tone of mr Jaruji, a well famed Bureaucrat. Who doesnt know the face. And his wife, sophistically cutting and chewing the steak.

"Am sorry sir. But yes i want to propose Tee and for that i wanted to ask for permission". Tae put the fork and knife down.

Tee raised his eyebrows at his mom who was chuckling sarcastically.

"Come on Boy. Do you even know what you are saying? Proposing my son? For marriage? Do you think he is even negative zero percent close to a girl"? She was saying with apparently smiling lips but her eyes screamed anger.

"I didnt mean to offend you, but...".

"Offend? Tsk. He is my only child. The heir to my property spread across the world. And why would he marry you? To help you stand on your feet hmmm"? This time Tae felt his blood starting to boil. Only if Tee had not patted his hand above the table.

"I... Dont need his assets to stand on my feet. I have everything i want and i can provide for everything he wants. I never took him as a woman or girl even if i am bi.

He is the most precious, most handsom man i met and fell in love with. I dont know how to define it, but, i can take care of him, thats i am sure about". Tae said confidently. Staring right into the eyes of a scoffing man.

"And what made you think that you can win over him without us". Tee's father smirked.

"I never said i want him without your blessings. But that doesnt mean that i wont fight for him. He is the person i want to live my life with. I dont think its too hard to understand sir". Tae said as politely as he could. Only if they were not Tee's parents.

He saw Tee all gloomy from the corner of his eyes. And how he wanted to comfort him. But he knew he was already in the black books of his parents, so he didnt want to push their buttons more.

"Mom. Dad. I love him. Please". Tee said in a low tone.

"Shut up Tee. Just a week back you were busy buying dozens of condoms to hunt and fuck those bitches. So what now? Getting laid? I didnt expect this from you. And no i dont agree to it. His courting, proposing, all this boyfriend shit.

We set the laws Tee. And what would people say? That my own son turned faggot. Oh no. Never. I never let anyone put any stain on my collar. So i wont allow it too. Do you hear me Thanapon"? His father whispered roared.

Tee was all pale. Like every drop of blood was taken out of his body. He was looking at his parents with horror stuck eyes. This much anger, this much hate. So much just for their status.

"And if you didnt listen to us....."

"Then you cannot do anything except disowning me. Right"? Tee clapped his hands with pure mock but his eyes were stinging with tears that he didnt want to shed.
