I got up to see the house and made my way to the bathroom. "Harper..." Ross whispered when I came out, I jumped, "Geez, you scared me... Yeah?" I asked him. "I know we promised we'd never talk about this again but..." He trailed off. "Ross, I told you, we don't need to discuss it." I said. "Yes we do, I'm living with you guys, I think it's time we tell Riker," "Hell no!" I whispered intently, "It was one time. I was lonely. Riker and I weren't even official yet. I didn't want to tell him then, and I don't now either." I said. I hadn't thought about that night in months.

*** 8 months before***

Riker was out of town and I was totally unbearably alone and no one even knew Riker and I were sleeping together. It was casual, non-committed, and certainly no rules. Ross came down to my floor to borrow something of mine and I let him in. I was drinking wine and listening to Coldplay, like I usually did on my nights in. I was a tad bit tipsy, but not full out drunk, and I asked Ross if he wanted to sit and talk. "Glass?" I offered him. "Um, no thanks babe..." He said, being sweet. Ross called everyone babe and baby, or honey, just to be kind, and it kind of turned me on.

His eyes watched me like a hawk, "Okay, Harper, I didn't come over here to borrow an egg." He said, shaking his head. The muscular boy looked down at his hands and then back up at me. His hands came up to my face before I could even say anything and he pressed his lips on mine. "Shit," I moaned into his mouth, completely taken off guard at the action. I didn't push him off and I didn't stop him, I just grabbed his belt buckle and pulled him towards me even more so he was on top of me.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to- uh," He paused momentarily, looking into my eyes. "What the hell." I shrugged and pulled at his t-shirt collar.

***Present***

I shook off the memories and looked at him, "I just don't know." "I know you don't, and I don't want him to think something is going on between us, because there isn't.. But telling him will not go over well if I'm living with you guys." He said. "That's why I'm saying, let's not, he's fine, we're all fine. It'll be fine." I shook my head. "Did you ever tell anyone?" He whispered to me. "No... Not even your sister." I shook my head at him, "You?" I asked. "No." he looked down at his shoes. "Let's just not..." I said, "I know we're keeping it secret, but it was one time and it won't happen again and I don't think we need to say anything." "Okay," Ross nodded, "I'm okay with that."

I went and sat back down next to Riker, giving him a smile, "Tomorrow," I said, leaning against Riker's shoulder, "Rydel, you and I can go shopping for groceries?" I asked politely. She nodded, laying on the floor. "Okay," I said, "It's been a long day..." I looked at Riker, "We should go..." He nodded. "Let's go." Ross said, standing up. "Whoa there little brother, you sleep here." Riker sassed, obviously exhausted.

"No, we made an agreement... I'm living with you guys. Plus there's no room for me here, you guys have an extra bedroom!" He stated, walking to the front door. Riker looked at me inquizitively and took my hand. "Did I not tell you Ross is living with us?" I smiled. He shook his head, obviously upset. "Oh," I said, my face dropping back into it's natural frown, "Well, we have a roomie..." "But I can't do certain things with a," he emphasized, "roomie." Ross was already headed next door and we quickly followed, mumbling quiet good byes to the rest of them.

"We can do whatever we want with a roomie..." I smriked, finding his hand in the dark of the street. "You promise?" He teased, making a light chuckle. "I promise," I whispered, kissing his shoulder, the only part I could manage to reach while we walked. Ross unlocked the door and went inside, moving his boxes into his room and unpacking. I sat on the kitchen counter and read aloud our rules we had to follow. I imitated a deep voice and read aloud to Riker, "One must keep their doors locked at all times, One must not let anyone in one's home past 10 pm unless it is a guard or member of the group." I laughed, "Group! This makes it seem like we're a gang." Riker laughed, standing in front of me with his hands resting on my knees.

"One must be in one's own house, unless an emergency occurs, by 10 pm on week days and 11 pm on weekends, Great so now we have a curfew, It's like high school all over!" I shook my head, reading still, "One must have outside lights out by 11 every night, May not leave home between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am on weekdays, 11 pm and 7 am on weekends..." I sighed, "One must not have a messy home, one must keep care of pool, plants, and all outside areas." I said. "I can take care of your outside areas..." Riker smirked, leaning in to kiss me, "Not now," I smiled, "I haven't finished the rules!" I said, acting authoritative. "Well okay Ms. Bossy, continue," "One must be accompanied by an agent whenever you leave the house, or the agent must know where you are at all times. You may not travel anywhere or go anywhere requiring more than 4 hours of travel both ways." I rolled my eyes, "This is ridiculous, and finally, one must not make loud noises, quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 9 pm until 9 am and there should be no loud music or loud happenings going on between those hours."

"Loud happenings?" Riker asked, "Well, that sucks... We gotta be quiet now." He winked, leaning in to kiss me again. This time I let him, gradually working my fingers into his hair and biting his lip softly. "Plus your brother's here..." I said in between kisses, "We have to be extra quiet." We never just kissed to kiss, that was a relationship thing. We never just held hands either until just a few days ago, and even then it wasn't all the time, that was also a relationship thing. We were so used to just only showing affection when we wanted sex, that we just didn't really otherwise. Now we had to act engaged in front of not only our neighbors and the community, but his parents, and even worse, when my dad and step mom find out I'm here.

Riker stood dominantly between my legs kissing me and moving our hands with each other. His tongue went straight to mine, fighting with it and moaning softly into our kisses, begging for more. "Jesus Christ, already?" Ross asked, hands in the air, "We've been here less than 12 hours!" He yelled. "Shh!" Riker hushed, picking me up off the counter, "It's quiet hours." He winked, handing Ross the paper of rules. He Kissed me against the wall, out of Ross' line of sight and brought me into our now bedroom to lay on the bed. "This is ours..." I said, feeling the king sized bed beneath me. "This is crazy." I said, "We actually moved here..." I tried to catch my breath, Riker was on top of me now, "I know," He whispered, "It's okay though, we're gonna be fine... There's no danger here," He smiled at me, kissing me and running his hands down my side and my front, "It's me you're gonna have to worry about." He smirked, getting up. He went over to the door and slammed it shut, "And maybe that no loud noise rule."
