'Hermione!' Neville smiled as she walked in with frizzy hair, dirty pants and shirt.
'Hi.' She closed the dormitory door.
'Hermione, this is my cousin Nigel.' Ron said.
There was a second year with the iconic red hair and freckles wearing teddy bear pyjamas.
'Hello.' She smiled weakly.
'Hi!' Nigel smiled.
'Ron he has your energy.' She chuckled exhaustedly.
'I am going to get ready for bed now, goodnight.'She said as she opened her bedroom door.
'Night.' Everyone laughed and then went back to chatting.
She seized her homework and began to do it.
After what felt like five seconds she fell asleep in her chair and rested her head on her desk.
BEEP!BEEP!BEEP!BEEP!
'Oh my gosh..' Hermione sighed as she woke up. She turned her alarm off and stretched.
'Today I am going to change.' She thought to herself. She got changed into her robes and put her school shoes on.
'Today I will make a change.' She said into her mirror.
She left her bedroom and rushed downstairs to the great hall where a couple of Hufflepuffs, About two Slytherins and six Ravenclaws sat at their assigned tables. She felt quite safe without too many children downstairs.
She tossed her head to the Gryffindor table where Ginny, Fred and George sat. She smiled to herself and sat on the closest seat to her. The twins and Ginny sat on the other end of the far table and were talking about something unknown.
'What are you doing alone?' Someone said causing her to snap her head around from her book. Cormac.
'Go burn.' She glared.
He grabbed her hips and most children in the hall went silent and stared.
'Get your grimy little hands off me.' She slapped his head.
'SHE SAID GET OFF.' Fred shouted.
The twins and Ginny walked up and he immediately ran.
Ginny hugged her from behind and brought her to sit with her and the twins.
'He's so horrid.' Ginny pulled a face.
'Look!' Fred hissed.
Cormac was getting took by Dumbledore out of the hall.
'If he gets expelled thats me getting 2 people expelled in 2 years!' She gasped.
'For very good reasons.' Someone hissed down her ear. She looked round to see Cho Chang.
'Hello..?' She smiled a bit to Cho.
'Hello, I just wanted to say you are quite brave as most of us would of just fainted on the spot.'v
'Thanks Cho.' She grinned as she walked off. She knew her and Harry used to date and Ginny liked Harry at the time, they weren't very close.
After she finished her toast, she grabbed her book and began to leave the hall.
Someone tapped her shoulder and when she looked McGonagall was there.
'Come with me dear.' She held her hand out and Hermione held it.
McGonagall took her to Dumbledores office where Cormac sat there.
'I am sorry but I refuse to sit anywhere near that..thing.' She singled towards Cormac.
'You don't have to.' McGonagall whispered.
She sat down in a chair near the door, keeping a fair distance between her and Cormac.
Cormac kept staring at her as she explained everything that has happened from Diagon Ally to the great hall.
'Minerva could you kindly take Ms. Granger outside?' Dumbledore sighed.
McGonagall took Hermione out of the room and the pair stood in silence.
'You can have a day off school today.' McGonagall smiled.
'I'm alright.' Hermione said.
'I thought you were never alright.' McGonagall smiled.
'Oh yeah.' Hermione saw her point.
Cormac came out with Dumbledore and the two apparated to the ministry.
'He is..Expelled..' Snape sneered.
Hermione's face lit up.
'Cormac is what?!' She gasped.
'Expelled.' McGonagall said, cracking a smile at Hermiones' excitement.
'Finally!' She grinned. Snape just walked away and Hermione stood there in shock.
'Wait..Its charms in 5 minutes?!' She said as she looked at her watch.
'Merlins damn pants!' She muttered to herself.
'Sorry Professor, I've got to go before I get about 10 hours of detention!' Hermione said as she sprinted off to charms.

'Hello.' She sat between Ron and Harry. Flitwick was grabbing something from the class opposite them so he didn't notice her being late.
'What happened?' Dean asked.
'Right so basically, I..' She smiled slightly.
She laughed at Cormac AND Lavender getting expelled for Hermiones' safety.
'What?' Neville laughed at her laughing.
'I got Cormac expelled!' She laughed.
'Stop laughing its contagious!' Ron and Harry laughed at the same time. It passed onto Dean, Seamus, Then Draco, Crabbe, Goyle, Blaise and lastly Pansy.
'Why are we laughing?!' Blaise laughed.
'Who started it?!' Draco laughed.
'Hermione!' Dean laughed.
'Why are you all laughing?!' Flitwick squealed as he stormed in. Everyone but Hermione and Ron stopped laughing. Hermione was literally crying she was laughing so hard. Why is this so funny?!
'Granger!Weasley! Come here after class!' He squeaked.
They stopped laughing but a few sniggers every time they looked at each other.
Class ended as Hermione and Ron walked down to Flitwick.
'Good luck.' Harry whispered to her.
'Now why were you laughing?' Flitwick asked.
'I..I told them a joke..?' Hermione lied.
'The joke was?' Flitwick asked.
'Uh..' Ron scratched the back of his head.
'How do you get a hippogriff into a house..?' Hermione asked.
'Through the Griffin-Door.' Ron answered.
Flitwick kept a straight face.
'Just get out of my sight, five points from Gryffindor as the joke was terrible.' Flitwick said as the two ran out.
'What a joke Mione.' Ron rolled his eyes playfully.
'I never said I was Gred and Forge did I?' Hermione laughed.
