Me and Olivia went down near the grasslands instead of the plains since we checked and found tracks that led to a river where the herd was heading to. We crept out of the edge of the trees and went around both ends so we could push the herd towards the large forest so we could push them into so we could take them down a lot more easier with a lot more cover and places to climb.
I was on the left and she was on the far edge of the tree on the right and we could force them into the tree line.
After awhile I gave the signal for Olivia to move in and loop around to lure the herd to me so I can force them into the tree line while she goes behind and herd them into the forest while I help. She left, and I waited for the signal for me to scare them into the trees, but something was wrong. I saw her leav from the other side of the tree line from the other side of the field I was across from she was, she wasn't giving the signal, all of a sudden the herd suddenly ran around in a circle meaning the herd was protecting the young calf's and what not. I could see through the trees one I was in, I could see a few big bulls attacking Olivia, and she looked injured as well, a lot of many mega species were picking on her, slamming her to the side, and hitting her with there horns and such.
I didn't realize they were this hostile this time. I then heard Olivia yelp in pain as a large bison slammed her to a rocky terrain. And she fell into it and fell to the bottom of the cliff. Not good!
I then crashed through the forest I was in and a rage, slamming my fists on the ground, swinging them side to side, making the trees crash and fly from there roots and some broke in half. (Like so)

All of a sudden something caught my attention, that stopped me with my rage mid stop. I could see, a large pack of lions and lionesses moving towards the herd with in the grass.
The lions heard me and jumped out and attacked anything they could. Some went around and made it impossible to escape, the bigger male herbivores took on the larger lions and males, while the some of the males and females attacked anything they could.
I saw some lions and lionesses run towards where Olivia had fallen hoping to get an easy meal. NOT ON MY WATCH!" I yelled in my head as I charged towards the lions and lionesses running towards Olivia's position.
I caught up to them and smacked a lion away with my arm and kept running, the lions changed there targets and all jumped on my biting hard drawing blood, my running slow led down and caused me to crash and slide onto the ground while the clawed and bit on to me, causing me to roar out in pain, I tried t pull some them off of me, but more caused me great pain making me lose targets and try to viscously try to pry them off of me. One managed to clamp its teeth onto my neck forcing me down onto the ground. I quickly got up, and threw most of them off, but one mutated larger one had got a running start and lunged at me, I turned around fast but it had crashed into me, causing me to fall on my back while trying to hold the lioness off of me. (Like so)
