Something was tickling her nose. Ivy was still half asleep, but was acutely aware that something kept tickling her nose.
In a half-arsed manner, she raised a hand to brush whatever it was away and resumed her dream about owning a literal pack of llamas. Random she knew. But what dream wasn't?
The sensation returned, and once more she raised a hand to her face to brush it away, until a mischievous chuckle cut through into her thoughts.
"What the fuck?" She muttered sleepily, her eyes cracking open and the room slowly coming into focus.
She turned her head to the side and found Shannon on his side facing her, his hand propping up his head, and his honey-coloured eyes glowing brightly in the morning light as he lay there watching her.
"What the hell kept tickling my nose?" She grumbled; Ivy really didn't do mornings. "How long have you been lying there watching me you creep?" She smiled a lazy smile at Shannon.
"Long enough." He reached out, and lightly trailed a finger down over her nose to her philtrem, before continuing and moving it to trace softly round her rosebud shaped lips.
Ivy frowned. "What do you mean?"
"Long enough to know that you look beautiful when you sleep and stunning when you're awake."
She blushed. "Urgh! I do not. I look gross first thing in the morning. Don't lie. Plus bed-hair and morning breath are not a cute combo."
"You could have puke in your hair and snot on your face and you'd still be the most beautiful woman on this planet to me."
"That's um...adorable. I think."
She suddenly felt a hand on her thigh under the sheet.
"Shannon..." She warned. "Just because Lilly arrived yesterday, doesn't mean I'm not still mad at you for drinking. We still need to talk about it."
He flung himself backwards on the bed, Ivy feeling the hand from her thigh retreating.
She couldn't help a small chuckle from her mouth escaping at Shannon's actions.
"Oh! I'm glad someone finds blue-balls funny, because I sure don't!" He huffed.
"Such a kid." Ivy muttered.
"Well..." Shannon looked up at her and rolled his eyes.
Ivy finally caved, she couldn't resist him when he was in these moods and she loved to tease him.
Moving closer to him, she flung a leg over his waist and straddled his lap under the sheets leaning down to graze her lips over his own.
"You." She placed a kiss on them, "need to stop your whining." Looking up to meet his gaze as he looked down at her on his lap, she tugged her bottom lip in as she bit down on it with her teeth and Shannon growled.
"Iv-." Shannon moved to slide his hands slowly up under the voluminous white T-shirt that he had lent Ivy to wear last night and grazed them lightly up her sides. He felt her shudder and grinned.
"I missed you." She finally managed to whispered out to him.
"I missed you too." He trailed his lips up her neck to the sensitive spot just under her ear and nipped at the tender flesh there.
Ivy let out a soft moan at the feeling of his lips and teeth nipping the skin there and tilted her head back, giving him full access to her throat as she dragged her nails down his chest.
It was Shannon's turn this time to let out a loud groan in response, tightening his grip on her sides.
"Shhh! Lilly might hear!" Ivy chuckled moving to quickly place her lips over his mouth to quieten him.
