''Stay''

Bagsak ang aking katawan dahil umaga na nang makapagpahinga. Javier even closed the curtains because the sun is already peaking. And the moment I closed my eyes, I instantly drifted to sleep.

''It's past afternoon.'' a voice whispered in the ear ''Baby, you need to eat.''

I only let out a soft moan. Nakikiliti ako pero pagod at inaantok pa. I pulled the sheets over to my head and was able to sleep again.

Pagabi na nang tuluyan akong magising. When I opened my eyes, I found my head resting on Javier's thigh while his hand stroked my hair. He's leaning on the headboard, his other hand is holding an ipad, maybe reading or scanning documents.

''Jav...'' I called, my voice sounding hoarse.

Umupo ako at agad na inalalayan ni Javier. He then handed me a glass of water, which I gladly accepted because my throat really feels dry.

''Are you hungry?'' he asked, softly caressing my cheek.

Tumango ako. Aside from the thirst, I can already feel my stomach grumbling aggressively. Uhaw at gutom ako, pakiramdam ko ilang buwan akong hindi uminom at kumain.

Tumayo si Javier at tinutungo ang maliit na mesa. Ayokong kumain sa kama kaya tumayo din ako. Pero agad na napangiwi nang maramdaman ang kirot sa gitna ng aking binti. My first time was painful and it was given. Pero ngayon ay masakit pa din pala. At mukhang mas nangalay ata ang mga binti ko sa mga pinaggagawa niya kagabi.

''Are you in pain?'' Javier was immediately in front of me to check my condition. ''Was I too rough?''

''It's bearable.'' sagot ko.

''I'm sorry. I'll try to be more gentle next time.''

Napalabi ako. There were times that he was rough and aggressive but the pleasure was immeasurable and somehow... gosh, it's embarrassing to admit but I liked it, that's why I didn't complain. At alam niya naman na magsasabi ako kung may hindi nagustuhan o ano at agad siyang titigil. But since he didn't hear me complain, he took me in different unworldly ways that he liked while still attending to give me my needs and pleasure.

''You cut your hair.'' aniya habang pinagmamasdan akong kumain.

It was a statement and not a question. But I feel like he's asking me, too. Javier likes to play with the tips of my long hair while holding my hand before. Pero dahil maikli na iyon ay mahihirapan na siya ng konti.

''I don't know, either.'' I mumbled silently. ''When we broke up-''

His expression changed and a hidden anger awakened. I tried to recall which part of my sentence he didn't like and made him mad. We were just talking about my hair, aren't we?

''Broke up? Who broke up with who?'' he asked, his voice seething with anger.

Oh, that one!

''Us...'' I trailed. I contemplated whether to complete my sentence. Because he looks livid. ''It's been years! I thought we weren't together anymore... because...''

''The hell with this broke up thing!'' halos pasigaw niyang sabi. ''You are mine, my girlfriend. It won't ever change no matter how much you run away from me.''

Napahilot ako sa sentido nang sumakit ang ulo.

''Should I just chain your feet on my bed?'' he whispered dangerously. ''I can wait till you're twenty-five before I let you out. Dito ka lang muna sa kwarto, ikukulong kita ng isang taon. Do you want that, hm?''
