''Happy''

Solenn called to greet me before the clock turned twelve. She's still clingy as before. Hindi naman nawala ang pagkakaibigan namin dahil lang sa aming mga pamilya.

''Javier's here...'' she told me like it's a secret. ''I just came back from abroad and was shocked to see him right now!'' she exclaimed then suddenly paused. ''Sorry, I couldn't help not to tell you. Akala ko lang ay nag-usap na ulit kayo.''

''Uh...'' I trailed, biting my lip. ''We decided to talk and fixed things up.''

''What, really?! Kailan pa? I noticed the change in your tone yesterday. Medyo masaya ka na pakinggnan pero hindi ko alam na dahil dito!'' aniya. Even though I cannot see her, I can feel her smiling. After a few more words and a bid of goodbye, I already closed the door. Naglakad ako patungo sa may sala. Namataan ko si Javier na pababa na nang hagdanan. Ginugulo ang buhok dahil medyo basa pa pero nagmamadali nang makababa.

''You're in the shower. Kaya ako na ang nagbukas sa assistant mo.''

Nang makalapit siya sa'kin ay agad niyang hinawakan ang aking siko at marahang hinila papalapit sa kanya.

''If you aren't in my sight, always tell me where you're going, hm?'' kalmado ang kanyang boses kahit na tila pinapagalitan ako. ''Can you do that for me?''

Between me and Javier, it's I who's clingier, even before we became a couple. Halata naman siguro, kahit sinong nakakakita sa'min noon, it's always I who yearns to be with him.
