(Rosy Cheeks' messages: bold

___________In the comofort of her room last night, was when the girl's phone chirped with a message from an unrecognized number. The sudden noise had made her flinch and her heart racing faster than it already had, for she had made herself oh so anxious in hopes of the boy texting her.
With a deep breathe and a shaky outstretched hand, she picked up her phone and slid her finger across the cool glass surface so she could view the message.
"Hello there, 'Art Girl' How's ur night been going?
The girl stared at her too bright screen for a while, tapping her thumbs against her floral case as she tried to think of at least a slightly interesting reply. She didn't want to bore him to death with the simplicity of her life nor seem like she was trying to hard. While she was waiting for her brain, she clicked on his number to save it under 'Rosy Cheeks :-)' Finally after typing, erasing and retyping a response, she sent:
"Hi :-), it's been going rather slow. Homework and stuff. Trying to decide what movie to watch. How's yours?"
As the girl watched the message go through, she groaned inwardly and pushed the hair that was hanging in her eyes backwards nervously while collapsing onto her bed. Why am I so awkward? She thought, placing her phone on her stomach. She threw her feet up in the air, staring at the chipped blue polish on her toes whilst she awaited for his reply.
Chirp. 'New Message from Rosy Cheeks :-)':
"The way u make ur smiley faces is adorable & I've been doing the same as you, pretty dull btw you should watch Ferris Bueller's Day Off :D"
The girl smiled and typed back:
"Whyy? Its just a normal smiley face :-). Such exciting lives we live :-p. That is one of my all time favorite movies, so maybe I will!"
"No its not! Its got that '-' thingy in it. any John Hughes movie should be a favorite movie.. have you seen a lot of them?"
The girl rolled herP. eyes and tilted her head in thought before replying:
"You're being judgmental of my beautiful smilies, don't be rude :{-( I've seen Pretty in Pink and The Breakfast Club, but that's it."
"I'm sorry :( That's a normal smiley if u were wondering. What's that thing in ur sad face?? u've never seen Uncle Buck or even Home
alone????"
