Chapter 8
It took hours to get to where they needed to be but luckily klaus had a few snacks and drinks for her when she got a bit hungry
And klaus' company was all good in itself. They were nonstop talking about anything that came to mind. It was so natural for them
Once they got to where klaus was taking her, he left her in the front seat while he moved to the back
Once he was done doing whatever he was doing he came back to the passenger side and opened the door
"Come on" Olivia got out of the truck and klaus lead her around to the back where he had a giant duvet cover
He helped her up and got him self situated inside so they were both looking up at the stairs that painted the clear nights sky
"It's beautiful" Olivia whispered
"It really is. I used to come here all the time to clear my head, back when my family used to live in mystic falls"
"You used to live here?"
"M Hmh. We used to live in a village here, back when I was human"
"Human? so like a billion years ago?"
"Whatever" klaus rolled his eyes but smiled down at the girl "That village soon became what you know as mystic falls"
"Tell me about your family" she murmured
"I had a brother. His name was Henrik. He died when I took him to watch the shifting of werewolves. It was then our mother wanted us protected and turned us into vampires. I have Finn, Elijah, Rebekah and kol. My half siblings since my mother was unfaithful to Mikael. Hence, me"
"Well I'm glad your here"
"As am I. Is it weird that I'm content with the past since it lead me to you today?" Olivia softly shook her head
"Of course not. Although I haven't been through what you have, I'm glad we're both here"
"Come here" Olivia moved up so she was closer to klaus and placed her head on his chest whilst they both looked up at the sky
Klaus didn't know how he got here. Mere months ago he was just messing with the doppelgänger. Now. Now he was laying down with the girl he knows is, or will be, the love of his life

Olivia didn't get home till around 11 that night since the pair just didn't want to go back to mystic falls at the time. Understandable, but Tracy however, did not like it. At all
Once klaus drove off after dropping Olivia home Tracy grabbed the girl by her hair before pinning her to the wall
