Chapter 13
"Which Salvatore would that be?" Rebekah asked them as her and Olivia walked over. They both turned to look at her and then to the woman beside her.
Olivia smiled shyly before sitting at the bar beside Rebekah who had also taken a seat. She ordered herself an orange juice
"So, Zachariah Salvatore was your nephew?"
"Well our father knocked up one of the maids during the civil war. She had a son. But as far as everyone else knew, Stefan and I were dead. The family name had to go somewhere"
"And uh, your family owned the logging mills back then?" Stefan turned to Rebekah as well as Damon this time with a questioning look across his face
"Your full of a lot of questions"
"Just researching the town history. I grew up here, after all"
"Here's your drink" Olivia smiled in thanks to the waiter who handed her her orange juice and took a sip through the straw
"I was wondering, if you would want to go out with me sometime?" The guy asked. Olivia looked up with wide eyes at the man before composing herself
"I'm sorry, I'm seeing someone"
"Come on, you don't want just something quick. No strings attached, he doesn't have to know"
"I have a boyfriend, I will not just be unfaithful because you don't know how to keep your dirty hands to yourself" Olivia's eyes widened at what she said to the man
"You heard her. Scram off" Rebekah said glaring at the waiter. He took the hint and walked off before Rebekah burst into laughter "I can't believe you said that to him. That's so unlike you, it was amazing" Olivia squinted her eyes and lightly hit the blond girl beside her
"Don't say that. I didn't mean to. It just came out"
"What was that anyway?" Stefan asked Olivia. She turned to him "You're seeing someone"
"Klaus" Rebekah stated which got them both rolling their eyes
Damon: "What do you see in him?" Olivia didn't have to explain herself, because they wouldn't understand. When he's with her he's a completely different person and she loved how he acted around her
"Who asked you Damon?" Rebekah snapped at him
"You know, you don't have to disguise your true motives, Bonny Beks. If you want more sex, just ask for it"
"Not enough liquor in the world"
"It was too good for you to be this hostile" Olivia grimaced
"That's nasty. Can you change the subject" Stefan nodded and picked up the bottle of bourbon
