Chapter 15

Klaus and Olivia had met Rebekah up on the ground floor of the Salvatore house whilst Stefan was downstairs trying to make Alaric change into his bad alter ago

"My god" Rebekah mumbled. They had both been listening into what was going on downstairs

"What?" Olivia asked since she couldn't hear that far

"It's in the cave" she muttered. Stefan started to walk down the halls and stopped once he saw them all in the room

Klaus: "That wasn't so hard, was it?" Rebekah went downstairs and grabbed Alaric and brought him up to where they all where

"It's a little gratuitous, don't you think Stefan?" Klaus questioned once he saw the state Alaric was in
"I would've been more gentle"

"I'm gonna take him to the caves. You're gonna go in there and fetch me the stake. And if you think you can hide, you're wrong" Rebekah grabbed Alaric and turned him to face the door where she then pushed him out

"And then there were two. I know about your brothers little mission to Denver. He failed. Not that that's news anymore"

"So, what are you gonna do now, klaus? You gonna kill me?"

"I haven't actually decided yet"

"Oh sure you have. See, you've had every chance and every excuse imaginable to do it. But yet, you haven't. Which means you don't want to" Klaus sat down on the couch

"You know something, you're right. See, I'm still waiting for my old friend to come back. By the looks of it, he's just beneath the surface. Waiting to come out and play" Klaus chuckled
"Isn't that right ripper?"

"I've been fighting that part of myself thinking that if i repressed it, it would go away.. but it won't. And now that I've accepted it, it cant control me. And neither are you" he said before walking off

"TAKE A PICTURE MY LOVE. It will last longer" Klaus turned around to look at Olivia who was now blushing. She had been watching klaus paint now for about 20 minutes, and he had been smiling to himself throughout as he felt her gaze on him

She liked to watch him, concentrating on the painting and how peaceful he looked in them moments. He was always tense but painting helped him

"Sorry" she mumbled averting her eyes. He chuckled walking over and placed a hand under her chin, tilting her head up to meet his eyes
