anyways back to the story...

Third person pov:

It was the first day of school and y/n was waken up by her mom screaming across the whole house telling her to wake up.

she woke up with eye crust all over her eyes. she slowly walked over to her sink and washed her face with cold water to wake herself up.

she walked over to the dining area and a light smile slowly crept up onto her face when she smelled food, y/n's mom had made her favorite.

she quickly sat down at the table while her mom gave her the plate of food, she devoured it in what seemed like seconds.

her mom laughed and told her to go get ready.

she chose out her favorite outfit that she just got at the shopping mall last week. she did her hair and was on her way out.

she waited at the bus stop and was greeted by her best friend, gwen. since gwen was younger then y/n, they had met from y/n having to babysit her a while back and ever since then they became inseparable.

"hi y/n! i want you to meet my brother and my other friend today" gwen gave y/n a sweet smile as the bus came.

a/n: pretend gwen and finney don't walk together to school😭

*at school*

as y/n and gwen walked out they were stopped by two boys. one had messy brown hair, while the other had long hair and was wearing a bandana.

gwen smiled and gave the brown haired boy a hug as the other said hello to her. they all them turned to y/n who was just awkwardly standing there.

"oh right! finney, robin this is y/n shes my best friend." gwen smiled pointing to y/n, the boys greeted y/n.

"how come i've never seen you? i mean me and gwen do live together.." finney asked, staring at y/n

y/n awkwardly laughed "oh!-when i babysat gwen, she had told me you were studying with your friend and when your dad had came home you still weren't there, so i didn't get a chance to meet you." y/n said with a light smile.

before anybody could say anything the first bell rang, signaling the kids should go to their 1st periods/home rooms.

y/n had first period math, she absolutely hated math and it didn't help that her teacher looked like voldemort from harry potter.

*timeskip to lunch*

y/n sat with gwen, while finney and robin sat at another table since there was no more empty seats at your guys table. y/n ate the lunch her mom had packed, while gwen ate school lunch. y/n always knew something was off about her dad but never knew how to bring up that conversation.

everything was good at lunch, gwen moved from table to table to talk to finney and robin but came back to focus on y/n.

*timeskip to 5th period*

y/n, finney, gwen, and robin all had pe together. she had finney in her 2nd period as well, which was science. anyways, gwen was super excited she got to have all her friends in a class.

after the coach did attendance they all had to go outside and do an activity, nobody from the group wanted to do it, so the teacher said they can walk the track still for credit.
