*a/n: timeskip to when you guys are adults*

Y/n's pov:

I was sleeping peacefully when i was going to reach for my boyfriend, robin we've been dating for a long time now but i didn't feel anyone next to me.

i rubbed my eyes to see better, but robin was nowhere to be found. i decided to get up and go look for him, we were at his house and i had memorized every nook and cranny of the house since i come here all the time.

i put on my cute slippers robin got me for valentine's day and slowly walked down the hall.

i suddenly heard noises coming from the living room. i was a bit confused at first but it quickly turned into fear.

i called out the words "robin? are you there?.." when i got no response my heart began to sink down all the way to my feet.

since i was now close to the kitchen, i quickly grabbed a kitchen knife to defend myself if anyone or anything was there.

i tip toed my way over to the living room and stopped by the wall blocking the living room and the kitchen.

i heard some more rustling which i assumed if anyone was there they probably wanted to steal something, but what could robin have that anyone would want to take?

all these thoughts were running through my head until i heard mumbling. i got out of my
thoughts and listened closely to the voice

my eyes widened when i noticed it was robin's voice i peeked over the wall and i couldn't believe my eyes.

i saw robin pasting back and forth from the living room, with a paper in his hands. he was sweaty and was shaking a lot. i was confused on why he was so nervous

everything was confused until i saw robin look back at the paper and mumbled 8 words.

"y/n l/n, will you marry me?..no robin, that's so lame she would be so disappointed if i asked like that! come on robin, think."

robin kept rambling on with his words as my eyes widened and i started blushing madly.

i couldn't help but start smiling by his reaction, it was really cute to see him act like that.

i didn't even realize i still had the knife in my hand, so i quickly walked over to the kitchen, put the knife away and went back into robin's room to sleep again.

*the next day*

it was now morning when i was unexpectedly woken up by robin

"y/n, y/n, y/n!"

"what?" i said annoyed, i hate it when people wake me up from my sleep.

"look!" robin said with a big smile plastered across his face

"i don't see anything?" i raised an eyebrow while rubbing my eyes

i look down at robin's hands to see a cute stuffed animal with my favorite candy attached to it.

i smiled and took the stuffed animal and hugged it tightly, i then cupped robin's cheeks and kissed him softly on the lips.

"i have a lot of fun things for us to do today" he smirked lifting me up from the bed by grabbing my hands.

"like what? my birthday isn't until a few months" i laughed

"who said it was for your birthday?" he winked at me which made me blush, even if we were dating for 50 years i'll still get flustered by his winks.

"go get ready my love i'll be waiting" he said walking out the room leaving my by myself.

i got dressed and wore a cute summer dress with a small bag to hold my things and started walking to where robin was, he was in the kitchen.

i slowly walked over to him and wrapped my hands around his waist. "you're ready?" he smiled, turning around to face me.

"anyways, i have a question. why are the kitchen knives all misplaced?" he asked raising an eyebrow.

'how the hell did he notice that?' i thought to myself. "um im not sure!" i lied and luckily he bought it and just walked me towards the front door before kissing me one last time.

"where are we going?" i asked while we were in his car

"*add expensive restaurant here ☺️*" he smiled softly glancing over me since we were at a red light

"what?! that's way too expensive though?" i said with a curious look on my face, where did he get the money to afford to eat there..

"i know a few people" he chuckled as he started pulling into the parking lot of the restaurant.

*inside the restaurant*

when the food arrived robin suddenly got up, whispered something to the waiter. he just nodded in reply and started walking towards the back

suddenly everyone got out of the restaurant, i was super confused but my heart began to flutter when robin bended down on one knee

my heart sank when he just got down to tie his shoe.

robin bended down on one knee and asked if i wanted to marry him, i couldn't believe my eyes.

"i know you don't like big crowds watching cause of your social anxiety but y/n l/n, will you marry me?"

robin didn't break eye contact at all and i couldn't even answer from smiling so much.

"of course!" after robin put the ring on my finger and
got up, i basically pounced onto him hugging him im a tight embrace.

i kissed him passionately while he grabbed my waist.

*timeskip to the wedding*

i was with my best friend, gwen. she was finney blake's which is robin's best friend, sister.

she helped me get ready and drove me to the place where me and robin were getting married.

as i was walking down the aisle with my dad (or anyone you feel comfortable with) i saw robin's jaw drop which made me blush madly as my dad started laughing.

"you found a good one, y/n." he smiled once more, as we reached the end of the aisle and i smiled at robin.

we made eye contact as the priest said his script or whatever it's called, my entire focus was on robin.

we said our "i do's" and i kissed him softly on his lips, as all my and robin's family members were going wild.

"you know, i heard you when you were planning to ask me to marry you. it was cute" i smiled as he turned bright red and looked down at the floor

"oh you saw it?..that's so embarrassing." he blushed as i wrapped my hands around his neck.
