Chapter 6 | Take a breather

Tsukasa's POV

I clasped my hands together and bowed my head, an angsty and apologetic look on my face.

"Look, I'm really really really sorry Rui, please forgive me."

God this was embarrassing. Though I can't help but feel sympathetic for Rui when I fell on him, I did bring a whole class of 30 people's attention on him.

We were currently in a bathroom stall together, Rui was sitting on the toilet seat, his hands grasping his neck as he calmed his breathing.

"No it's fine Tsukasa, forget it," Rui sat up, his face still red, I wonder if he has a fever or if it's from the anxiety. Did anxiety do that? I dunno.

I quickly push Rui down when I see him start to get up again. "Don't rush yourself," I said nervously. He only sighed, sitting back down, head hung low.

"I'm sorry," we both said at the same time.

"Don't apologize," I said, interrupting him before he said anything again.

He hung his head dlow again before entering something under his breath, not audible enough for me to hear.

"Are you ready now?"

"I think so"

I grab Rui's hand, pulling him off the seat of the toilet.

Thats the moment I noticed how pretty his eyes were. I squeezed my own eyes shut before eopening them again just to realize he was satrung at me in concern.

"Do you need a breather to?" He tilted his head.

God he was so cute.

I mean- I'm not gay.

"No you're just cute"

Shit I said that aloud.
