Chapter 12

*Harry's POV*

When I wake I feel a light weight next to me. I was comfortable, and had slept the whole night without waking up every hour.

I was confused for a moment as to why but then when I had looked down at what was laid in my arms I couldn't hold back the smile that graced my lips

Mckenzie was laid so peacefully, so happily in my arms. I used my hand to comb through her hair. I couldn't understand, I had known Mckenzie for over a month and she was so different than anyone I had ever met

The way she slammed me against the door, I thought I would hate someone being somewhat dominant over me but in her I loved it. It gave me a rush as I felt her skin against mine. The way she had fought back so quickly against her parents was something that was unbelievable. She was snappy, sassy and quick, defensive of the ones she loved and protected them to the best she could

When telling me she was paying for their house I couldn't understand how she would do that for the parents she hadn't seen but once I saw how she was with her siblings I perfectly understood.

The anger I felt when they degraded her job, her hair and her body. I was speechless and undeniably fuming , how could they say such a thing to their daughter. The jealous and rage I felt when seeing that less of a mans hand gripping ahold of her skin, I couldn't comprehend it. I had never felt something like that before

I trail my hand up and down her arm as she softly slept. She shifted slightly to the point she was basically laid on top of me. I sucked in a sharp breath at the feeling of her laid with me.

I tried to contain my thoughts and fantasies of what we could do right now. I could feel myself becoming excited. She shifted her hips again grinding them into me

'Have you got work today?' I look at her as I sit down in the kitchen drinking the tea she had made me
'Yeah I've got to go in, so I will drink this go get changed and then go to work'

'Okay; well I will make you some toast first' I watch her move around the kitchen before bringing me the toast to eat.

Once I had finished I grab a t- shirt and chuck it on heading for the door, 'Kenz I'm going'
She appears 'okay, see ya. Have a good day'
'Why don't you, Em, Han and Zee come for lunch at the office what's your favourite and I will order it in'

'Sounds great, they love Nandos, anything with chicken. It doesn't matter what dish as long as one is plain, two is spicy and one is medium'

'Okay, see you at 12' I kiss her cheek and head to work, thinking of everything that's happened recently.
