Chapter 25 Axe murderer Class Trial (Part 1)

As usual we walked to the auditorium where the elevator was located and got in. Everyone gave each other uncertain looks when heading to the trial. (This trial could be even difficult than the last 2, hopefully we can find the culprit). We made it to the trial room and again it was a different color, and theme. The room was given a classical look with drapes, fake windows, and a chandelier that hung over the podiums. In total there are 5 signs that stood behind a podium, Aaron, Ken, Toby, Justine, and now Anthony. we stood at our podiums and Tamashi sat in his throne like chair while Alter stood up right beside him. They exchanged a few scowls and Tamashi attention went to us. He had a big smile," Ok you bastards, time for your third trial to begin. I'll be up here with this fucker". Alter rolled his eyes," Whatever, takes one to know one". Tamashi bursts out laughing,"okay you guys just start the debate". We all looked at each other until Drake spoke up, "Ok, Anthony was found with an ax lodge in his chest, blood on his head from a blunt object, and stab wounds in his back. The time of death was 3:30 pm". Tamashi interrupted for a moment," don't you just love my new installment, the time of death". We paid him no mind and continued."ok lets go over where everyone was before the murder, lets start at 12:00 pm ", I said. We went around in a circle stating where we were. Ian began," I can speak for me and Felix, we were playing a game almost all day Anthony left because he was bored at 3:00, 30 minutes before he died. Tiffany interrupted," who exactly discovered the body first". Ian responded," Speedy, cry, and verlis". We all put our attention on them we started with verlis."What were you doing, we barely saw you", Felix said. He chuckled and looks at everyone," I was in my room all day, but there were times I came to the cafeteria, but I also wanted to see the third floor for myself so I went to each room except the lab and went back to my room. I wanted to see the lab since skipped it so I went again, so when I got there Speedy and cry was already at the room Anthony was in. Oh and another thing was out since 2:30 - 4:00.( His story is believable, but something tells me there's more to that story). Speedy then spoke up next,"ok, just like Ian and them, Cry and I were together the whole time, we made 2 stops before finding the body. Our first stop was the gym, where Mark, Tamashi and Alter was. They were having a weight lifting contest and we stayed for like until 1:00 and went to the infirmary to read the books, Cry feel asleep when we got there. 20min later Shadow popped in to chat and left". Cry then spoke next," I woke up, and Speedy told me that shadow left a few seconds ago, we looked around the infirmary and lab for a few hours and didn't find anything out of the ordinary. We decided to got to the cafeteria until we saw the computer room door cracked open, so we went in and saw that". Drake then asked a few questions," Mark did you see anyone enter the gym. "well, I did see Cry, Speedy, and Verlis that's it, I would have seen anyone else if they entered as well".(Wait didn't aph say she left something in the gym, but she couldn't have.....wait)?( I'm not going to accuse her just yet)."What if there was more than one killer, I said. Everyone looked at me," It could happen, the killer or killers could have devise a plan to kill someone, but they collected the items they needed separately, to not seem suspicious of anyone". Everyone gave each other nervous glances as Drake turned to Tamashi. "Is it possible to have two culprits instead of one,he said. Tamashi was napping on his chair and Alter wacked his shoulder, he Jumped up and Alter repeated Drake's question."There could be an accomplice, but who ever made the last blow to kill the person is the true killer, so there's only one killer",Tamashi said rubbing his shoulder. Before he fully relaxed he punched Alter on the arm, Alter began rubbing his arm. Drake sighed, So if Shadow theory is true, two people were in on it, I would make pulling a crime like that easier. Felix turned to Mark,"Did you see anyone take a weight". Mark shook his head," Sorry, even though I was in the gym I really didn't pay attention to if anyone took any thing"." Ok I already know who we can accuse,Tiffany said sternly. All the attention was on her."Sorry but, I think it could be, Verlis, Mark,Aph, And Shadow". I gulped," Wait why me"."Well you were out roaming the hallways,Mark was on the same floor, Aph was out during the time of the murder, and Verlis was out half the day".(Dammit I'm being accused again, there has to be a way to prove my innocents).
