"This is the last apartment I could show you. It got everything you asked me to, It is near to your work, it is spacious but not too big and it's very accessible to shops or stores. " The agent said while they are in an elevator of an apartment building.

Judging the apartment building appearance, Jennie can therefore say that most of the people who live here are professional or office workers.

The building is near the business city where most- if not all, of the corporations are located, even the hospital that was famous as it was the home of the expert surgeons and doctors.

"Here take a look, both of the apartments are unoccupied and very similar to each other the only thing that differs is the view." The Agent unlocked the nearest apartment for Jennie and they both went inside.

The apartments they are viewing were empty, which made their tours longer as Jennie takes time visualizing how it will look when she put furniture on it.

The view on the apartment was endless lights that were illuminated from corporate buildings, stores or shops and the busy road of the city.

"I'll get this." Jennie said after scanning every part of the apartment. It has a living space, kitchen, one medium sized room, one small room, one comfort room and one bathroom.

The living space has a glass door connecting to a balcony, enough to fit an outdoor barbecue grill and two seater breakfast table.

The kitchen has some countertops that were later on explained by the agent that it was temporary and can be requested to be removed.

The rooms were empty but she imagined that the smaller one could fit a mini guest room for either Rosé or Irene or perhaps an office, since Rosé and Irene would prefer sleeping by her side.

Both the bathroom and comfort room were equipped with a sink, toilet and shower but the common comfort room near the kitchen has a washer and dryer machine.

Enough area for her or if someone is staying over as she thought of Irene and Rosé who may visit her often.

"All right. Let's head to the nearby coffee shop to discuss." The agent said to Jennie as they left the room.

"Do you want anything, coffee? pastries?" The agent asked as he offered a seat where Jennie politely sat.

"Ah no. Let's just be brief, I have prior commitment after this." Jennie politely declined when the Agent took a seat at the chair in front of her.

"Alright. Here's the apartment's contract where it states necessary information for the apartment and other stuff. If you have any inquiry you can ask me. " The agent said handing Jennie the papers.

Jennie took her time reading the papers word per words not wanting to miss any information while the agent excused himself to get some drink.

"So can I move tomorrow?" Jennie said when the agent arrives sipping on his cold brew.

"Yes you may, we have enough time to process the payment to the head." Jennie just nodded and signed the papers before handing a cheque to the agent.

"You bought a property near the business district?" Jennie's brother-Jin uttered, the lady just hummed in response to her brother.

Well, it was no surprise to Jin that his sister would move out of her and her husband's house, but the thought of Jennie impulsively buying a property without conversing it with him, surprised the older.

Ever since they were teenagers, Jennie has this habit of asking her brother's opinion about buying stuffs, as her brother is more practical than she does.
