❀Chapter 20❀

It seemed that time left no sign of how fast it passed.  This was only noticeable in two things, in the change of climate;  winter came decorating the entire city in white and with it people were forced to wear their big coats to avoid the cold.  The second option applied to quite a few people, specifically for HoSeok it was his belly.

He was already five months pregnant, his stomach was already much more noticeable.  It was beginning to be impossible for him to hide the size of it, although it's not as if he wanted to do this, instead he tried to hide how sad he was lately.

"So you feel that they distance themselves?"

SeokJin arrived with two cups of hot chocolate, HoSeok asked him to meet him since he hadn't seen him for a long time so now they were in a cafeteria.

"Yes, well, no."

The now dark-haired man sighed. "Didn't you say that he hadn't kissed you for almost two weeks?"

As if it was a punishment to confirm that, HoSeok slowly nodded with his eyes on the cup in his hands "But, I know it's not on purpose.  This is the time where he has the most work, not to mention that he is starting to prepare his thesis.  The poor thing arrives tired to sit at his computer for at least two more hours, and when he arrives I'm in the middle of the drawing class and I can't greet him as I would like.  He doesn't even take the time to look for something to eat, he wants to finish his thesis before the baby is born, if I didn't give him food after my classes, he might not eat anything else."

"If you understand, why are you sad?"

Both friends took a sip of the coffee in their cups as they looked out the window as the snow began to fall again. "Because I'm being selfish to feel like this, when I know he's giving everything, I don't like feeling alone and forgotten when TaeHyung barely has time to eat."

Two weeks without receiving even a kiss from the eldest, he knows that the eldest would never do it on purpose and therefore he feels even more guilty for wanting to demand much more attention than a simple kiss.  As soon as the oldest arrives, he doesn't leave in front of the computer for hours, even though HoSeok has told him that even if it's just one night he should take a break since it won't do him any good to be so stressed, the oldest has refused.  He wants to finish the thesis quickly so that he has to put that worry off his mind and more on HoSeok.

"Don't feel bad, it's normal, but at least you're aware that it's not because of something bad, quite the opposite. Also your hormones make you much more sensitive, so don't mind it."

With a defeated sigh, HoSeok nods. "But I'm also worried about his body, from work to doing his thesis and on weekends to college all day, he's going to kill himself if he continues like this and I don't want to be without my boyfriend l.

"Even now you are in college? I was going to ask you why you don't take advantage of being with him now with an expression of astonishment" SeokJin leaned back on the mahogany seat "TaeHyung is incredible, seriously he doesn't rest."

"Why do I have such a stubborn boyfriend?  Even when I tell him that he's going to get sick, he still doesn't get much rest."

"Because you are too, both are, only you are more so and that's why TaeHyung always loses against you."

The pair of friends laugh at the words of the dark-haired man since they know it's true.  If it wasn't for the dark-haired man's stubbornness, when he proposed to get close to the older man, they might not have ended up together.  Also, they know that the elder wouldn't have approached since he was stubborn to like HoSeok, but in the end he lost against the younger.

"I know, only this time he has beaten me and I can't convince him to rest."

"That stubborn old man, well, I have to go, I have to go get some documents in an hour."

Putting on their coats, they both go out to the main street in search of a taxi.  HoSeok isn't that far from his house, but it's best to avoid walking in the conditions.  With a hug, the friends say goodbye when the dark-haired man took the taxi.  As HoSeok waited for the other one he couldn't help but think about the other reason that made him even more down.

Today he had an appointment with the doctor to have an ultrasound to find out the sex of the baby, and he will have to go alone.

He thought about reminding TaeHyung about the date, but he's so busy and focused right now that he was very hesitant to do it.  It's not like it's a bad thing to go alone and then break the news to your elder, a lot of couples do that.  However, he can't deny that he would rather TaeHyung go with him.

Once in the taxi he can't help but ramble on about it, he checks the time and texts the older man reminding him to eat his lunch.  His appointment is at two in the afternoon, an hour and a half to go.

Once in front of the building he goes up reluctantly, he would just go eat and change his clothes to go out again.

Once the door was open, the dark-haired man jumped, surprised to hear that he was called.

"Dear! You're finally back, I thought I'd have to heat up the food."

With a shocked expression, Hoseok looks at the older man in disbelief, who is serving two dishes with hajjamyeon. "Hyung, what are you doing here?" he walks until he is in front of the table with the served dishes, while the older one takes out the disposable chopsticks from his package.

"Can't I be here?" the eldest replied, smiling, and as always, thinking about how cute the youngest looks with that expression on his face, "sit down, you have to eat or the noodles will get soggy."

Taking HoSeok's shoulders gently, he pushes him slightly until he falls sitting on the chair "I don't mean that" Taehyung takes a bit of the noodles and directs it to the minor's mouth, until he receives them to start chewing "Didn't you go to this one at the university?"

"Chew first, and since I could be at the university today, we should go to the doctor, or did you forget?"

Finishing chewing and gobbling Hoseok sees the eldest surprised "I thought you had forgotten hyung."

Taehyung stared at his boyfriend a little confused, wondering why he would think that he would forget something so important to both of them, until he realized why.  He accommodated his seat, as well as Hoseok's, leaving both of them in front.

He raised his hand to the younger's face, caressing his soft skin, and then approached and left a kiss on his lips.  Not a very soft kiss, but not strong either, just a kiss with a lot of affection, Hoseok's favorites.

"I'm sorry if you felt forgotten, I've been very busy and..." trying to silence the older man, the dark-haired man took a bit of the jajjamyeon and fed it to the older man.

"I know it's not like that, I know you're busy because you have us on your mind all the time, so let's eat better because we have to leave soon."

Between laughter and the occasional kiss, which both had missed madly, they enjoyed their food and got ready for a very important meeting.

At the end of the day they both had the most awaited news, they couldn't fit in with the emotion.

In a few months a princess would arrive.
