𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧'𝐭 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬, 𝐓𝐖𝐎 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐇𝐒 𝐎𝐌𝐆

"No, don't Gekyume," I sterned towards Gekyume as I held my hands up guarding my face, which made him look over at Stokeley, who was seated next to him.
"do it," Stokeley whispered towards him, Gekyume laughed and swung his little hand back before launching the handful of fries toward Solana.
Solana yelled "Gekyume!" as she ducked behind her hands, which protected her face from being hit.
"atta boy," Stokeley said, as he laughed aloud next to Gekyume, encouraging him to do the same,
"you are a child," Solana mugged Stokeley as she began to pick the fries and leftover salt pieces out of her hair,
As Solana finished getting the food out of her hair she grabbed a fry off of her food tray and quickly threw it towards Stokeley, hitting him on the cheek.
"say sorry," Stokeley said as he picked up the fry she threw and held it back preparing to throw it back at her,
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry," solána said as she laughed and hid behind her hands again, guarding her head,
"That's what I thought," Stokeley said throwing the fry on the empty tray in front of him, before getting up from his seat and grabbing the dirty trays, cleaning off the table
Solana got up and grabbed Gekyume out of his high chair before walking out of the food place with him on her hip,
she secured Gekyume in his carseat before getting into the passenger seat and waiting for Stokeley, who shortly got in the driver's seat,
"Where too?" Solana said as she buckled her seat belt and looked towards Stokeley who turned on the engine,
"my house?" Solana asked after a brief moment of silence, she was hoping Stokeley would take up on her offer,
the car stayed silent besides Gekyume mumbling things in the backseat, Stokeley just nodded before a smile appeared on his face as he began backing out of the parking space,
"she thinks my charm is too much for her," solána and Stokeley sang along together in sync,
"or maybe she just thinks I'm ugly," they both began to sing,
"that should be our song," Stokeley admitted as the song ended, Solána rose her eyebrows as she turned her head to look at him,
"our song?" Solana asked him quietly, kind of surprised that he wanted a 'song' with her,
"yeah, like when we both play it we think of each other," Stokeley admitted as he pulled into Solana's driveway,
"ok," Solana mumbled sweetly as she began to smile to herself, she watched as Stokeley turned off the car and grabbed a sleeping Gekyume from his car seat,
Solána got out of the car, leading the way to the front door. Stokeley following closely behind, solána grabbed her keys unlocking the front door,
She then made room for Gek and Stoke to enter by moving aside. Solana shut the door behind her, observing Ski scan the room.
"You still getting rid of it?" After gathering a few pillows and packing them around the couch before putting a sleeping Gekyume down comfortably, Ski questioned as he entered the living room.
"no, not anymore. too many memories " While carefully observing Stokeley, Solana muttered as she leaned against the living room door frame,
Ski simply nodded before returning to Solana slowly. He remained silent as he gazed into Solana's eyes.
"Are you going to just stare at me all day?" Ski was being questioned by Solana as she started to laugh.
Before his eyes shifted to his shoes and then back to Solana's features, Stokeley mutely grinned and said, "I wish."
"you wish? Someone is acting a little too brazen," Stokeley's tattoo, which was situated directly beneath his eye, caught Solana's attention as she returned the gaze.
"Would you ever imagine it working?" After a brief period of silence, Solana spoke, pausing to look back into Ski's eyes.
"What might work?" Stokeley questioned Solana while scowling in confusion over what she was saying.
"us." Solana said looking at Stokeley's reaction as his face soften up and he looked down to the floor, "do you?"
Stokeley remained silent, only glancing down at the ground and shrugging his shoulders, which made Solana's mood change from upbeat to dejected.
"Well, then," Before patting Ski on the chest and moving toward the couch where Gekyume was lying, Solana cleared her throat.
"How's your girlfriend doing?" Never once turning to face Stokeley, who was now standing at the end of the couch, Solana questioned as she gently stroked Gekyume's head.
"Solana." Ski muttered quietly shaking his head, Solana snapped her head at him and said, "I mean she seemed pretty pissed off when you called me," disregarding what he had said.
"Solana, enough. I don't know if we'll work out," Ski admitted as he rolled his eyes and hovered over Solana and Gekyume. Silence filled the room before Solana smacked her lips and stood up inches away from Stokeley's face,
They stared at each other in silence before Ski decided to speak up, "You're beautiful".
Solana quickly leaned forward placing her lips onto his, everything went quiet. As they both experienced this euphoric moment, it seemed as though nothing was nearby. Butterflies filled both of their stomachs as they melted into each other.
"maybe we will work out," Stokeley said as he pulled away from Solana smiling,
"shut up," Solana muttered as she laughed and pulled him in once again not wanting for this moment to end.
